The reception of this hotel is nothing to shout about but once you get into your room and you start enjoying the interiors of the hotel you totally forget about it. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff offers a top of the notch service. There is nothing I can complain. The roof restaurant offers incredibly beautiful views of the town. I would recommend it

One ofcthe best hotels in St. Petersburg. I stayed 4 nights in Indigo. My experience was great. Comfortable and well designed room. Quite and classy. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed (bell boy), he was very helpful and polite. Thank you for the great time i had and absolutely i will come again.

Good hotel from the international hotel group. Nice and clean rooms. De luxe rooms on the top floor are smaller(!) than the standard rooms, however, they have a balcony (shared with other rooms on the top floor). Nice view on the roofs of Saint Petersburg. Location - a bit far from the main streets - be ready to walk as nothing interesting around the hotel. Nice breakfast (a bit expensive- 1300 Rub), buffet, good choice of standard dishes. In general- good hotel, however, nothing special. This is why - 4 stars ;)

An excellent hotel. Is definitely worth its five stars. All common hotel services are excellent. The only thing that could be improved even further is breakfast. It's already very good and meets the expectations of a five-star hotel, but I have seen even better. Had no time for SPA or gym during my stay, so cannot rate them.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel interior is beautiful. Very comy beds and the rooms are really sound proof we never heard anyone outside. The room cleaning service is beyond expectations never experienced such nice cleaning service. All staff were welcoming and trying to help. I was travelling with kids and they have placed nice desert with postcards for the kids in the rooms upon arrival. The breakfast has nice selection of food and fish juices. Coffee and Tea Corner with lots of options. Finally we enjoyed the free bicycles rental for the hotel guests.

This hotel is really good, and so does the employees there. No complaints at all. And we were offered wines during check in. The rooms are very clean. One small drawback is the breakfast, it is too simple, you have to pay for the omelette, which is usually free. Anyways, it was a nice memory there.

I haven't stayed here, but wen to meet a friend. The inside is clean and nice, but feels a bit small as the entrance breaks into two parts and is a bit confusing the first time you arrive. The hotel staff were fine, but not very helpful. I tried reaching my friend at the hotel by phone and was hung up on and the person had a hard time finding their name in the system and connecting me to the room. They expected me to know my friend's room number.

Room was big and very neat. Amenities were chic, breakfast was always readily available but would suggest some rice and meat at least for African and American travellers. Customer service was great. I used the pool, Suna. Very friendly staff . The hotel changed my thoughts about Russia positively. Will stay there again anytime I visit this amazing city

I highly recommend Indigo if you're in the area. Stayed here both times I've been in St Petersburg and it's definitely my favorite hotel. The location is great, the atrium with restaurant is a beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a small pool, sauna, and spa, but I usually don't use these amenities on trips. The staff from bartenders to front desk to cleaning service all very courteous and responsive. The food from the restaurant (also room service) should satisfy most palates and is thoughtfully prepared.

Cautious staff who are professionals in what they do. Served wonderful breakfasts and had clean rooms. You however will have challenge with watching TV as all channels are in Russia. They also have a wonderful terrace restaurant and bar. Their staff are equipped with maps and always willing to assist you get to your destination.

The service here is fantastic, every member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were very polite. Especially the young lady at the front desk Anastasia she was as very professional and helpful. The rooms are in brilliant condition and provide an exceptional nights sleep. Anyone planning on visiting Saint Petersburg I would definitely recommend for them to stay at this hotel. I look forward to returning in the near future.
