$240 for a week. Manager and staff do have cameras on site. Disliked the fact that management told myself and guests to go inside after a certain time. We were on vacation. Table was broken in the room. Overall too pricey for the condition of the room. Needs better lighting.

By no means a Marriott, but for the price you can't really complain. By far the best prices for weekly rooms in the area. Just don't test the management, he does NOT play!!

Location is on 34th Street and 4th Avenue South random people knock on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning a lot of drug activity it's dirty in the manager's a douchebag. While you are staying there as a normal person you are not allowed to have any guest yet if you are a drug dealer you can have traffic in and out throughout the entire night

Good price per night if it wasnt like a jail where they tell u what u can and cant do like cant leave ur room after 9pm like what are u my mommy and daddy and tons of stupid ass rules like cant smoke in the room but cant stand in the hall way after 9 or leave your room so its a catch 22 if you smoke cigs dont go here they try to control you like a puppet

Absolute horror. Worst place I've ever stayed. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Management is as nasty as the facility. Bugs run rampant. I had no air conditioner. Absolutely disgusting.

The owner is a very professional and respectable man.. I will always go to his hotel for a safe and comfortable stay!

That's the worst place u can stay. Wouldn't recommend it for pets

Was surprised this little hole in the wall had large rooms and even monthly rates that were very reasonable.

In on the hill tonight. Out on the street tomorrow. The crack heads are quite friendly.
