I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Hotel in St. Petersburg. Its immense size creates a city-like vibe, and strolling around feels like exploring a mini metropolis. The architecture is awe-inspiring, reflecting the city's cultural heritage beautifully. The culinary experience was a highlight. The continental food offered in the hotel's restaurant was a delightful journey for my taste buds. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and textures that left me craving more. What truly sets this hotel apart is its impeccable service. The staff's attention to detail and genuine warmth made me feel like a cherished guest. The hotel's design is captivating. Every nook and cranny holds architectural marvels waiting to be discovered. In summary, my stay at the Radisson Hotel was a remarkable experience. Its vast, city-like setup, stunning architecture, delectable continental cuisine, and top-notch service make it a gem in St. Petersburg. It's ok. But it was better. Cloth cleaning service is one star (took 2 days and still dirty), breakfast is good but same every day, bar is expansive, towels are very old in the room, rooms furniture is old. Staff is good, helpful and friendly.

This is the hotel to stay, if there are three factors present in your trip: 1. You have some business in the southerypart of Saint-Petersburg in the morning. 2. Your flight arrives or departs at some inconvenient time (very early in the morning or late at night). 3. You utilise Radisson loyalty program. It is a very standard Radisson hotel, medium-high quality of service and high (for Siant-Petersburg) prices. The design both inside and outside of this hotel have seen better times and have a room for improvement.

Clean rooms and good location. The hotel building is huge with endless long corridors. Employees are friendly. Spa area is very poor and the saunas are a bit strange. I did not have the feeling the area was clean enough!! Food at the Paulaner Restaurant was excellent

This is the worst hotel ever. They do not clean the room. We ran out of toilet roll and hoped that when they clean the room they will replenish. But no, none of that. They just left the empty rolls on the toilet roll holder. Also because our towel was not changed, we left both towels on the floor to change to fresh ones. We got back and saw the same towels hanging on the hooks. I have travelled many places and this is definitely a ZERO Star hotel!

Poor service, just substandard rooms I can't believe it's part of the Radisson chain. Room service phone just keeps ringing no matter what time of day you call so you are forced to go down and find them. Housekeeping staffs are grumpy and are bad at cleaning. I gave up on them and just decided to clean my own room and make my own bed. I just ask them to replace towels and sheets. They see used dirty glasses/mugs for coffee and they have no initiative to take it out and replace it. I won't recommend them at all to anyone.

The location is good. Food from Paulaner Restaurant is good. We got a standard room with a wobbly bed. When we said we wanted to change the room, the hotel staff assured they'll get it done next day but next day all we got was a reply saying no rooms available. We managed to get the room upgrade after speaking to our tour operator. The staff service is not so great. There was no change of towels when we came in tired in the dailies evening

Very big hotel with a lot of groups but still very comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great experience overall. Variety of option for the guests inside the hotel. Very recommendable and for sure to repeat

Dear Manager, I don't know how to reply you so I edit this review sending you my opinion. Hope you understand that I wish you were going to be best Hotel in the future. I visited there for few nights. Breakfast was the same and a bit not tasty. I had to bring my instant noodles for a meal. I recommend you to see Holiday Inn. They don't have several menus but fresh and change some 2-3 menus every day. Finally I think if you put some more Russian menu , it would be great. We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was excellent. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very tasty, even if the hotel was really full, we liked it very much. Also the restaurant is very good. We enjoyed the meal (the menu is very wast and interesting) and the live music.
