They brought me in the ambulance this morning. It was difficult to get through to the ambulance. They kept me in the emergency department from morning until evening, until they wrote a refusal to be hospitalized. The child was without food all this time! I can’t rate the doctors and staff.

Now I am in the 1st department. The sheets are changed upon request, the food is tasty, enough. Mothers feed their children until they are 5 years old. They put in more and offer supplements. At first they put us in a two-bed ward, then they transferred us to a single room. We carried out diagnostics on the child, took blood, urine, and ultrasound. Doctor Daria Borisovna is very kind and competent.

We were in the hospital with our 2 year 4 month old daughter in the 1st department. Help was provided quickly. All analyzes and studies were done as quickly as possible. The doctors are very attentive and caring, we had Daria Borisovna and Ekaterina Dmitrievna, thank you very much for your work! The box room is clean, has everything you need, and a crib is provided for small children. During the first night we soiled 6-7 sheets and not once was I denied clean linen. The food is not bad, the staff is friendly.

Somewhere on the forums with reviews I came across a comparison with Elizavetinskaya and this hospital was called “3rd Children’s Exterminator”. This review was signed by a doctor. Here: there is no soap, no toilet paper, no lock on the toilet door, no exhaust ventilation in the room, there is no space close to each other, sometimes you can’t even leave. Meager three meals a day. They only treat with what they have. Not all drugs are available. Downstairs there is a vending machine selling soda and chocolates. The water in the shower tap is constantly either cold or hot. They are all in boxes. You are lucky if there is a separate crib for a small child and somewhere to put it in the room. Children's hospital buildings built of wood still stand on the territory. The cleaning in the room is very bad. Wet cleaning on weekdays and removal of garbage from the wards twice a day. On weekends the same thing only in the evening and once. There was never any quartzing or ventilation. Beds, tables, window sills, etc. were never wiped down. I was very tense with pastel linen. It may run out and either wash it yourself or wait for fresh ones to arrive at the department. This hospital is looking forward to Elena Letuchaya.

Everything is clean and comfortable. The food is not bad. Getting up is not right at 7 am as in some hospitals. Doctors and medical staff are friendly. There is a refrigerator and a kettle on the floor. The only negative is there is no microwave. Since the food was only for the child, you had to eat your food cold

They brought me to this hospital by ambulance at night. I sat in the reception department with the child, then they came up to me and said we don’t have any room, you should sleep in the corridor. Then something changed with them and they took me into the room and said that they would give me a crib for the child in the morning, because it was loud to carry it. In the morning they didn’t bring anything, the doctor came and examined everyone, did everything with just gloves, then the nurse gave everyone injections, also with just gloves. Then they told me that they wouldn’t give me a crib at all because there wasn’t enough space in the room, I couldn’t even go to the toilet or get water without the baby, all with her in my arms. Everyone was lying with different diseases and you can catch anything from everyone. The staff is very unkind to everyone. The cook who brought food kept shouting and coming whether we had all handed over the plates or not, saying that if not, she wouldn’t feed us anymore. There was no hot water, it was even impossible to wash the child after a cake or for taking tests. Everything is dirty, dusty, in short, it’s scary to remember, she ran away a day after she was put there

We ended up in this hospital with a two-year-old child. The child had a fever and repeated vomiting. There was a line at the emergency room at night, we sat in the ambulance for a long time, then in the stuffy waiting room, instead of getting help, we were forced to fill out a whole bunch of documents (by that time the child was barely alive in my arms, the vomiting was just saliva with bile). Then they took me to the department. The attitude of the staff is not good. No one helped carry things to the room; I had to leave everything in the corridor, because I was carrying the child in my arms, had difficulty changing my shoes into slippers and ran for the nurse, who was leading me into the room. There we had to leave the child alone in such a state so that he could run to get his things in the corridor, which was not close. The room was small, the beds were close together, there was no separate bed for the child. The mattresses are terrible, lumpy and hard, they are long overdue for replacement. I give two stars for the fact that they didn’t let me die, but otherwise... - one lady called mothers parasites, and the one who distributed food grumbled that we don’t have to feed mothers, as if it came from her feed, and not from ours taxes, as is her salary. I had to ask myself to be transferred to another ward, where there is a separate bed for the child and designed according to age. They transferred it and it turned out that there were several empty wards, but people were kept in crowded rooms, for some unknown reason. And the distribution is not clear, because there was a shower in the other ward, but they transferred there as if through connections... because of the shower? Are you seriously? 21 century. A day later I got infected from the child, it was very bad, in the morning I was in a semi-fainting state (vomiting all night) I asked for a paid IV, but they refused me and told me that someone should notice me, or the child will remain here alone, and they will take me to the ambulance Botkin. I was lucky that my mother came from another city as quickly as she could. How can they leave a two-year-old sick child alone there, in their opinion, I can’t imagine, because the medical staff rarely enters the room, no one will look after him. In general, we suffered a lot there, I’ll tell you honestly, I don’t wish anyone to go there. By the way, in Botkin, where I was taken, the staff is much nicer, kinder and more adequate! I hope that one day the right person will read our reviews and they will conduct an inspection, at least replace the mattresses. Be healthy, don't get sick!

If I could give no stars at all, I wouldn't. My daughter (1 year old) and I went by ambulance in the middle of the night to the hospital (where they supposedly have beds) with acute bronchitis and conjunctivitis, from 10:00 pm until three in the morning we sat in a cold ambulance, my husband called the emergency room and managed to get us admitted by three in the morning, So they took us into a box, where everything stinks of urine, there is an uncovered toilet, a dirty children’s bed with stains from feces and urine, they took our documents and left us alone in the box for another hour, a young doctor came, examined us, did a smear for Covid , they took blood and that’s it, the doctor with an absolutely incomprehensible look said that the child had a lot of snot (for a second we sat in a cold car for 5 hours) and red eyes (the child, one year old, Karl, is four in the morning and he is not sleeping) the result was that we were told to stay at them in the corridor where they can’t even provide us with an ordinary bed, in the door window I watch a boy of about five years old just peeing on the floor, it’s creepy.. in general, I begged for us to just be prescribed a treatment that the pediatrician at our site could not prescribe, and she ran away as fast as she could by taxi from there The child was cured, thank you for the list of necessary medications, everything else is a nightmare and horror👎🏻

My 12-year-old son and I arrived at this hospital at night with the direction of an ambulance (there are places to park), because... They wanted us to quickly start doing something to help the child, who was weak after traveling with gastroenteritis. We waited for forty minutes (at the entrance on benches) to be called to a free box because... all the boxes and doctors were busy. They invited me to the box, where they immediately set up a thermometer and took swabs. In the box, in addition to the usual furniture, there was also a toilet and a sink, which is quite important in our version of dependence on these items.. After 20 minutes, the doctor Olga Nikolaevna came. I examined the child and filled out the papers, the doctor answered all my questions, thereby providing psychological assistance to me, for which a huge maternal thank you! I accompanied the child to the department, picked up outerwear and street shoes... and went home. I paid attention to the cleanliness and order of the hospital’s interior and premises. Yes, the year many buildings were built is alarming, but what wonderful employees! I met only polite and friendly people on the hospital grounds. And about the medical staff of the 3rd department, according to my son, there are only kind words: “all the doctors are kind and they clean up kindly and the injections with IVs can be tolerated.” Our attending physician was Olga Nikolaevna Vedineeva, and we were lucky: from admission to discharge, I could get answers to all questions by calling the department. I was aware of my son’s condition, the results of tests and studies, and the progress of treatment. Thank you for your sensitivity and understanding about the family’s worries about the child’s condition. There was a three-bed room, but mine was left alone from the second day - I was lucky. In the room: three beds with bedside tables, table, chairs, toilet, sink, they usually feed, mine ate everything, From the inconvenient - transmission on weekdays from 10.00 to 18.00 - this is working hours...
