We
ended
up
in
this
hospital
with
a
two-year-old
child.
The
child
had
a
fever
and
repeated
vomiting.
There
was
a
line
at
the
emergency
room
at
night,
we
sat
in
the
ambulance
for
a
long
time,
then
in
the
stuffy
waiting
room,
instead
of
getting
help,
we
were
forced
to
fill
out
a
whole
bunch
of
documents
(by
that
time
the
child
was
barely
alive
in
my
arms,
the
vomiting
was
just
saliva
with
bile).
Then
they
took
me
to
the
department.
The
attitude
of
the
staff
is
not
good.
No
one
helped
carry
things
to
the
room;
I
had
to
leave
everything
in
the
corridor,
because
I
was
carrying
the
child
in
my
arms,
had
difficulty
changing
my
shoes
into
slippers
and
ran
for
the
nurse,
who
was
leading
me
into
the
room.
There
we
had
to
leave
the
child
alone
in
such
a
state
so
that
he
could
run
to
get
his
things
in
the
corridor,
which
was
not
close.
The
room
was
small,
the
beds
were
close
together,
there
was
no
separate
bed
for
the
child.
The
mattresses
are
terrible,
lumpy
and
hard,
they
are
long
overdue
for
replacement.
I
give
two
stars
for
the
fact
that
they
didn’t
let
me
die,
but
otherwise...
-
one
lady
called
mothers
parasites,
and
the
one
who
distributed
food
grumbled
that
we
don’t
have
to
feed
mothers,
as
if
it
came
from
her
feed,
and
not
from
ours
taxes,
as
is
her
salary.
I
had
to
ask
myself
to
be
transferred
to
another
ward,
where
there
is
a
separate
bed
for
the
child
and
designed
according
to
age.
They
transferred
it
and
it
turned
out
that
there
were
several
empty
wards,
but
people
were
kept
in
crowded
rooms,
for
some
unknown
reason.
And
the
distribution
is
not
clear,
because
there
was
a
shower
in
the
other
ward,
but
they
transferred
there
as
if
through
connections...
because
of
the
shower?
Are
you
seriously?
21
century.
A
day
later
I
got
infected
from
the
child,
it
was
very
bad,
in
the
morning
I
was
in
a
semi-fainting
state
(vomiting
all
night)
I
asked
for
a
paid
IV,
but
they
refused
me
and
told
me
that
someone
should
notice
me,
or
the
child
will
remain
here
alone,
and
they
will
take
me
to
the
ambulance
Botkin.
I
was
lucky
that
my
mother
came
from
another
city
as
quickly
as
she
could.
How
can
they
leave
a
two-year-old
sick
child
alone
there,
in
their
opinion,
I
can’t
imagine,
because
the
medical
staff
rarely
enters
the
room,
no
one
will
look
after
him.
In
general,
we
suffered
a
lot
there,
I’ll
tell
you
honestly,
I
don’t
wish
anyone
to
go
there.
By
the
way,
in
Botkin,
where
I
was
taken,
the
staff
is
much
nicer,
kinder
and
more
adequate!
I
hope
that
one
day
the
right
person
will
read
our
reviews
and
they
will
conduct
an
inspection,
at
least
replace
the
mattresses.
Be
healthy,
don't
get
sick!
