Very small rooms - may be of 8ft ×8 ft size. Hardly any space is left to move around. Reception staff is not very friendly and hardly understands English. Located very far from the city center. Mostly preferred by the travel agents as they get hefty discounts on the bookings. There are better hotels at the same or lesser rates near the city center.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It really sucks!!! My check-in at this hotel was completely messed up! Their receptionist Angela first gave me a door pass that didn’t work at all. I had to go back and forth to the reception three times to get a new door pass. And when I was finally able to open my room, there appeared to be someone else in the room already!!! Can’t understand how a so-called 4-star hotel can mess up something so simple. After a long flight, I was really lookjng forward to get some rest. But due to their mistake, I wasted more than an hour on the check-in only. In addition, this Angela didn’t even apologize to me for the mistake she made, no nice words to make me feel better nothing, not customer- friendly at all!!!

Rooms are too tight and small. Cleanliness is to improve big times!! Shower is disaster.. You need to remove the water from all over the bathroom and even from the room whenever you think of showering. Skybar:average food taste, and the worst they serve shisha in a small place with almost no aeration... but panoramic view! & good location. If i had the choice, i would have changed the hotel at once!

I have stayed in this hotel for one week in the November of 2021. I don't know what changed after, but back then their elevators were constantly not working and stairs are closed due to "covid". Only one elevator was functional through my all stay. It was taking long time to just go from room to lobby. Besides, I think the buffet was good enough and meals were decent. Reception was qucik to respond and spoken English too.

Perfect for a few days stay business trip! close to public transport, everything is clean and comfortable, only disadvantage is the room on 10th floor was extremely hot and AC is too weak to cool it down, I had to sleep with window open 😕

Very nice hotel but the breakfast and lunch food was rather meek, not much that appeared appetizing mostly rather greasy or tasteless food. I ate soup and pickled herring for 3 days 😟. Nice room with great view but too hot I had to leave the windows open and the hearing off and it is late October. There is a long series of steps to get in which are hard for older people like me.

It is a really good hotel, room service comes every day to replace the towels, make the bed and resupply water bottles. Hotel personnel is really friendly and their level of English is very good. The sky bar is a lovely place to sit and eat/drink. The downstairs restaurant isn't very good though and also the air-conditioning in the room only works with the keycard present so you can't come back to a room that's on a temperature of your liking.

One of the worst hotels. Think twice before booking. Rooms are small and facilities are really bad

This hotel used to be a 3-stars hotel, but ‘upgraded’ itself to a 4-stars with the construction of a new wing. The upgrade however is just at the outside, because at the inside the customer service is still at less than 3-stars level. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and every day there were problems with my door pass. Every day I had to go back to the reception and asked them to fix the door pass for me, which was really annoying! On top of that, every time their receptionist kept asking you to identify yourself again, even though you were there just 5 mins ago! There was no apologies nothing and their receptionists were not friendly at all. Especially their front officer Angela was very rude to customers! When I told her that I got sick of my door pass not working for n-times, she literally told me to shut up!!! Ridiculous!!! She has poor attitude and should not work in a client-facing role at all. Definitely I would not recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant western hotel! We travel with our kids and got a room with playful bunkbeds wich the kids love! 2 ACs and 2 bathrooms and a main bedroom. Great view, all is super fresh. The staff is super friendly. I would recommend this to all of my friends. The hotel has a very nice sky bar and the view is fantastic!

The worst restaurant I have ever been at! Such slow service. It took them half an hour to serve fries vegetables, and they were not cooked at all! We had to ask to fry them more (which took another 15 minutes). Only then did we receive our tiny first course. After almost an hour (!) We received soup, and after what it seemed to be forever we received our dishes. I asked my mashed potatoes to not include bazil so they put inside some other green stuff even tough it wasn't said so on the menu, so I had to ask for a new mashed potato which also took a lot of time to make. The most horrible experience I have ever had.

This is a wham bam thank you man hotel. Lots of tourists in-out by the busload!! Comfortable practical large rooms with wide windows, toilet and showers clean and functional. Lifts take a long time so keep that in mind!! Long way out of the city proper but it's quite easy to get there by public transport. The train station is only a 15 minutes walk away and there are buses running up the street regularly. Easy to navigate underground rail system in St Petersburg. Staff were so friendly and helpful and were very very good at English compared to other hotels - they are used to tourists. The thing that annoyed me and lost them points was the meals and the meal times: they were absolutely chaotic and the restaurant barely coped with hordes of people trying to keep the food up. I felt like I was being processed not fed and meeting gluten-free needs was difficult.

Pros : - Very friendly staff - Small rooms, but budget friendly - They offer courtyard view and city view rooms - Laundry, water filter, gym and restaurant available - Luggage storage available post checkout if needed Cons: - Small rooms - Options for toiletries can be better - Around 4km far from the main city attractions Overall, a great experience! Thank you.
