    I have stayed at many hotels. And have stayed in many hotels in St Petersberg and Moscow. I would not stay here again and recommend you choose another hotel. The experiences of this hotel are very bad and misleading. They will treat you with lies and lazyness. The staff is rude and a reflection upon managenment. There is no service here at this hotel. Management insults and dishonors us, even to the point of being rude and hangs up telephone. Staff acts like request are bothersome, even after you are wanting to pay for request. Managers should be fired. Oh and the first room we had smelled of toilet. Staff and managers will make excuses for everything, double price, or just tell you no they cant do anything. They told us they had no vacant rooms to switch us, then they said if we leave the price doubles for the night we stayed. I offered to pay to upgrade room and magically one was available. We had to request water and coffee everyday. I offered to pay but they said they can only give 2 bottles and two coffees each day. I had to request every day. There is more, a very long list, but last and final straw was they have to check room to make sure we did not steal towels and robes. Managers did not offer appologies, only to be hung up on. Do not stay here, consider a five star hotel or another hotel.

    Nice hotel but check what room offering . Also can't file mini bar at room . Breakfast and lunch ८०० ruble

    A huge hotel, but run efficiently. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are standard, maintenance could be better. Buffet spread is adequate. Food is very tasty.

    THIS IS BY FAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. AS A RADISSISON VIP MEMBER, I TRAVEL AROUND FOR BUSINESS AND RADISSON IS MY HOTEL OF CHOICE. UNTIL I EXPERIENCED THE WORST HOTEL IN ALL MY JOURNIES. ROOMS ARE FILTY DIRTY. MAID SKIPPED CLEANING OUR ROOMS. WE CALL ABOUT IT AFTER WE CAME BACK IN THE EVENING, WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT DAY. IF WE WANT TO CHANGE THE BEDS, THEY CAN BRING THE BEEDINDS,AND WE HAVE TO DO OURSELVES. SON'S ROOM A BOTTLE OF ACOHOL WAS FOUND IN HIS ROOM. NEVER SHOULD OF HSPPENED IF THE ROOM WAS CLEANED PROPERLY. THE STAFF ARE VERY RULDE , STARTING FROM SECURTY IN PARKING LOT, TO FRONT DESK.

    It was more expensive than a good hotel in central St petersberg but felt like a hostel. Scrambled eggs tasted like powder. Very far from the centre. No iron in rooms, have to stand in the hallway if you need anything ironed and shower products terrible. Very small safe but not all rooms have. Ugly views. It was clean and most staff were very helpful

    We arrived at the hotel as part of an organized tour. The hotel is huge Medium room. The main problem is the air conditioner that seems to be working and actually the heat in the room is unbearable at 21.00. Dinner was very poor. Thin towels,l, and intolerant reception Better to find another hotel

    Very good hotel, maybe a little far from the center. Lobby is always full of people, but rooms are quiet. Good place to relax after a visit to the city. A lot of restaurants on first floor. And very good breakfast. Recommended

    Room was nice and comfortable with a good view of the Gulf of Finland. Breakfast was also great with good choices of food. Its vert accessible for transport since there's a bus station nearby.

    Very basic room and toiletries. No Kleenex, lotion or shampoo and conditioner. Hotel provides a multi purpose liquid soap in a wall dispenser. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, dirty carpet. Food quality, mediocre.

    Beautiful hotel , almost looks like a palace from outside. Interior is also beautiful. Rooms were cosy and comfortable. Breakfast options are many and tasty. They had Indian breakfast options but they were actually middle eastern menus , not indian. Vegetarian options were also available .

    Me and my friends have been on a holiday trip and this hotel was just perfect for our trip. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great breakfast with a huge assortment. Top service. Late Checkout possible until 6 pm, that was awesome. The Concierge Julia and Tatiana have been so kind to us and helped a lot with ideas for going out and having fun. They did more than we expected and even contacted us during the day to find and get tickets for a fully booked theater. We really appreciate that. As well this hotel is equipped with extreme friendly hotel front desk service operators. They know what they are doing. There is no smile too much. I even dont remember all the Names but at least one from the front desk operator. Ksenia - an example how it should be in a hotel, she really knows how to deal with customers! And as well all the other front desk operators (unfortunately I dont remember them all - sry) Perfect Hotel, Perfect Service, a Place to be!

    I stayed here back in December 2019, I booked two rooms for a couple of nights. I am a Radisson concierge member. At first I was not satisfied at all. The poor service and lack of control over the daily operations is absurd, checkin took very long, we had to wait several ours to get our rooms and they were struggling to communicate in English. The check-in service was poor and the first room I got was not meeting any standard requirements (no shower head, no toilet seat, broken beds, stained floors, heavy smoke smell etc). The second room was nice, but for the last two days a dog has been barking non-stop through the night. The security guard came upstairs, unfortunately the dog took a 5 minute break and he didn’t want to do anything about it. We were in the hallway with two other room guests, that were next to the room that was causing the issues. The security guard just yelled in Russian and didn’t even apologise. Also, I had called the reception multiple times, the last time they just hung up the phone twice, without answering or calling back. As you can expect I wasn't satisfied at all, I had to push the reception multiple times to get a room that was up to normal standards. Everything just took very long and they weren't really willing to solve issues. When you have an issue during the night, everybody would like this to be resolved ASAP. I departed one day early, and I have sent a message to MR Turhan (GM), he was willing and offered a refund for my stay and invited me to stay again in the future. Once the pandemic is over, I will certainly be doing this and adjusting the review (if impressed). The reason that I am still giving three stars is because the bad rooms were replaced, yes this took some time, but it was still done. The new rooms were up to standard. I have received a generous refund from the GM. The restaurant in the hotel was nice, food was quite cheap, good service and delicious items. My recommendation to this hotel would be, to better train their staff. Staff should be speaking sufficient English (it still is a international hotel), don't offer rooms that are not up to basic standards and maybe put some extra effort into Radisson members.

    The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a convenient store just adjacent to the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are absolutely amazing. We had dinner at the hotel and we were not disappointed by anything. The food. The service. The view. The rooms are quite spacious with a bathtub in the bathroom (duh).

    Always a busy hotel at every season. Most biggest hotel in this area. It's 4 star and very oriental style. Great breakfast at the lobby area with verity of restaurants. There's more then 5 restaurant here. Served oriental breakfast depends on crowd. Many tourist from China, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia stay here. Spacious room . Clean carpeted and complete toiletries amenities. Good accommodation to stay. Gym at another building attach with bridge. You need to pay for the gym. Carry your hotel card and you entitle with discount.

    A very good hotel, provides Indian brkfst as well amongst other things. Comfortable, warm rooms. Good view. The travel desk service at the entrance is excellent, very Co operative, well versed with our needs. All in all a good experience

    Room was ok, included breakfast was awful, I'd advise booking without breakfast and going to restaurant, you will have much better experience for almost the same money.

    Nothing special, in usual rooms they even did not give bathrobes, the room is not very clean, breakfast was kind of boring, very small amount of deserts, a lot of people was there. They don't have menu of hotel's restaurant and price for services in the room, just suggest to take a look at the website. But they have their own parking and staf worked well.
