This
place
really
needs
some
updating.
Or
maybe
some
reconstruction
from
the
ground
up.
The
buildings
construction
is
very
illogic
and
I
would
not
recommend
going
here
with
a
stroller.
The
building
is
connected
to
a
parking
lot,
which
works
with
"half
floors",
which
are
floors
between
two
floors.
So
you
have
floor
2
and
2A,
then
floor
3.
Somehow
they
managed
to
connect
this
parking
lot
to
the
main
building,
adding
stairs
or
just
some
steps
where
the
floors
are
not
level.
On
the
3rd
floor
of
the
main
building
(2nd
floor
for
the
parking
lot)
there
is
an
elevator...
but
to
get
to
the
elevator
from
the
3rd
floor
of
the
main
building,
you
have
to
climb
stairs!
What's
the
use
of
an
elevator
if
I
have
to
climb
stairs???
These
stairs
are
also
not
fitted
with
a
ramp
for
strollers
or
wheelchairs.
So
if
you
use
one
of
these,
you're
out
of
luck,
try
the
2nd
floor
which
is
accessible
through
the
elevator.
Besides
all
this,
reserve
a
bunch
of
100
ruble
bills
after
your
day
of
shopping!
The
parking
machine
only
takes
cash
and
it
wouldn't
take
6
of
my
100
ruble
bills.
It
took
me
a
walk
downstairs
to
get
some
crisp
and
ironed
100
ruble
bills
from
the
ATM
to
pay
for
parking,
outrageous!
For
the
rest
nothing
special,
the
usual
shops.
Wouldn't
recommend
going
here,
there's
better
places
to
go
to,
and
save
yourself
a
lot
of
frustration.
