I’ll write a short review about the judo coach at the Fight Factory, Kostya Kuzmin. There are about 3 couples in the group and this is wonderful. The coach pays maximum attention to everyone. He monitors the correct positioning of the legs and arms, takes into account the level of training, sensibly explains and corrects any mistakes. It would seem that everyone trains like this, but no. Kostya is great. The warm-up is also very effective and varied. So 5 out of 5!

I've been training in Thai boxing at this club for a year now. At first I was afraid to go, because I thought that I would only get the first training, all my friends who went to other clubs said that this was the case. In reality it turned out to be much better. The coach pairs you up not only by weight, but also by experience. During training we not only practice punches, but also work on endurance and strength. I didn’t regret that I chose Fight Fabrika out of all the clubs.
