Pros:
location,
design,
range
of
tobaccos,
presence
of
a
kicker
and
consoles,
there
is
a
button
to
call
staff.
Of
the
minuses:
it’s
cold
in
the
room,
there
are
no
blankets,
the
administrators
are
reluctant
to
give
the
required
glass
of
wine
to
ladies
and
upon
request,
if
not
they
won’t
remember
about
you,
they
don’t
know
how
to
cook
hookahs
at
all,
they
clog
the
bowl
so
that
it
burns,
there’s
always
no
taste,
they
don’t
give
it
away
smoked,
the
water
in
the
hookahs
is
dirty,
the
service
is
“with
a
favor”,
the
guest
is
not
looked
after,
the
tea
is
not
changed,
the
coals
are
not
changed,
the
price
does
not
include
anything
except
second-rate
old
cookies,
there
is
always
something
missing,
either
wine
or
tea.
Recommendations:
change
or
train
the
staff,
it
is
better
to
monitor
them
periodically,
because
they
can
be
rude,
knowing
about
impunity,
buy
blankets,
buy
high-quality
hookahs,
install
paper
towels,
keep
records
of
products
so
that
there

always

reserve,
follow

rules

using
