Beautiful hotel managed by lovely people. Rooms and washrooms are well heated and hygienic. Rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. Hotel has. 24/7 cafe with everything complementary. Breakfast spread is amazing and tasty. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Especially Anastasia was very helpful and made our stay memorable. They will go beyond limits to help their guest and make the stay comfortable. Probably the best hotel in St. Petersburg and also located centrally with easy access to all places. Worth every penny.

One of best hotels in St Petersburg ! Second time we stay here and for sure not the last time. Best service, great rich breakfasts, clean rooms and all other parts of hotel. Only 5 min from railway station. We had extra time before departure and we spent it with pleasure in hotel, with hot drinks and sweet snacks. We are extremely satisfied. 100% recommended.

Cozy friendly pretty hotel with reasonable price. They are two good restaurants nearby hotel and Russian bath. I stayed 7 nights.

Perfect location, great staff, very good breakfast, very comfortable room. The floor in the bathroom was heated which was very good. I recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience wirh clean rooms, very friendly staff and great breakfast. And there's coffee and ice cream all day if you book breakfast! There's even jazz in the bathroom 😊

Very friendly staff, convenient location and a nice breakfast. However, on top of all is the cozy all-day open breakfast room which serves small snacks throughout the day - perfect after walking around the city in a chilly weather. The room was rather small (didn't really matter) and they accidentally provided us with only one towel and one blanket for the first night even though we were two people, but they fixed it quickly when mentioned. The bus stops are very close but the big roundabout nearby (around the obelisk) seems to be quite a bottleneck for the traffic so we often just walked to Ploschad' Vosstaniya subway station instead. There are plenty of restaurants on Nevsky avenue but sometimes good restaurants are just around the corner. In Banshiki (recommended by the hotel staff) you can taste decently priced quality meals while in the budget-friendly Mama Roma the pizzas are pretty average but the cocktails were a positive surprise. In summary, highly recommended.
