At the reception they also communicate politely and friendly. The appointment was not delayed; I was invited to the office at the appointed time. A visit to this clinic smoothed out the unpleasant impression received in another (not the Dynasty network). The contrast is striking, although the prices are at the same level.

Horrible work by the ophthalmologist, they said absolutely nothing of substance, the doctor sat in front of the computer monitor for the entire appointment and did not perform any procedures. A waste of time and a waste of money!

We stood there for about 15 minutes, waiting for them to understand what was going on, where the recording was. I was understanding, because the administrator is not to blame for anything. The girl said that there was no appointment for today, and the operator mistakenly signed us up for tomorrow and they couldn’t help us today, although I said that it was already evening and we definitely needed a bandage. They offered a 10% discount on your next appointment. Imagine, as much as 10%! This is as much as 90 rubles from the price of the dressing. Just terrible, I've never encountered anything like this. There is no other way to call Sharashkin's office.

I had a pregnancy ultrasound at 13 weeks (first screening) with Alexey Vitalievich Nikiforov. I didn't like a few things. The appointment (examination) was literally 5 minutes. How can you look and measure everything well during this time?! I think this is not possible. And judging by the incomplete conclusion, where many parameters were not indicated (neither the number of umbilical cord vessels, nor the size of the venous duct PI, the length of the cervical canal. There is no assessment of the anatomy of the fetus, where it is necessary to indicate what was examined. For example, the heart, how many chambers, kidneys, bladder etc.), I can say that the ultrasound was not performed in full. I am a doctor myself and I know very well what must be indicated. Moreover, this is my third pregnancy. By the way, the doctor did not collect any medical history and did not ask any questions. There was not much dialogue at the appointment. Everything is fluent. I don’t know, maybe the ultrasound machine is not the best, judging by the image on the monitor. Therefore, the doctor does not see much or is no longer interested in a thorough appointment. In general, some kind of sediment remains and I will not come to the clinic again. It’s a pity for the wasted time and, to be frank, it’s a pity for the money for such an inattentive and uninformative reception.
