DO NOT Stay at this hotel. After valuables in the safe we discovered that they were missing. Despite raising the issue and contacting the hotel several times they have completely ignored our contacts and are no longer responding. Extremely uncooperative and unpleasant to deal with. If you value your belongings and want to stay somewhere with trust worth staff I suggest going elsewhere.

Position 5 min from train station. We stayed extra two days because we loved it so much The main attributes we can give is very clean very quiet the beds are so comfortable The breakfast are well worth the extra money paid.

I had come to Hotel Mercure to ask to use wifi to send a text to a friend living a block away who I couldn’t get in touch with. As a tourist without wifi, I was completely stranded. The hotel staff didn’t help me, saying that I needed to stay at the hotel in order for them to help me. A terrible experience. Please stay anywhere else.

Great service. The rooms were too small. There were no restaurants on site. Furniture could have been cleaner. Walls are too thin, you can hear everything from the door next to you. The staff were great and the service was good.

You don't expect too much in a hotel in Paris. This one manages to fall short even of limited expectations in a 4* hotel. Want some examples? A nice modern bathroom but without any power outlet so it is impossible to plug in a shaver. An (advertised) air condition system which is turned off in early October despite room temperatures of about 25°C and with a quite noisy Street in front. No usable desk (the one available is occupied with a lamp and the coffee maker), so forget working. By the way, the WiFi is so slow that working isn't a good idea anyway. But the staff is friendly and the building looks nice.

Unlike other Mercures in Netherlands or Belgium experience of this one was totally disappointing. Had to wait for check-in for more than 2 hours just to follow 12 pm check-in time, even though rooms seemed empty. Restaurant do not have English menu cards. Breakfast which was supposed to be till 10 in the morning, got over before 8 and staff were not even courteous to acknowledge it. Not a place again to visit.

Nice location and the quality of the stay was pretty good. I could hear my neighbor which was the reason I did not give the hotel a 4 star. Great breakfast too.
