Without any hesitation i can recommend this place the owner was kind and explained to me whole menu due im foreginer and after i choosed my meal he offered me free desert.

The resto is seriously small, but the best sandwich and bubble tea I have had around Paris. All food is fresh and succulent. Highly recommended!!!
