Wonderful place to visit in an artistic village beside St-Laurant river. Due to COVID-19 situation, the entrance fees are free. The stairs case are made all by wood and contributed by the community of St-Jean port Joli. Once you are on top of the observation point, you will have a wonderful panorama view where you can see the fleuve. Also, there is a beautiful trail where you can discover the quiet nature in a chilling summer day. The trip was a wonderful weekend get away with enjoyable memories.

Came across this by chance and so glad we did! What a great experience. Not sure how tall it is, but maybe around 50ft? (According to my fitbit it was 8 flights of stairs). The tower/stairs are very solid and there are flat platforms every turn or so. Railings on both side are also very solid and comforting. Not slippery. Great view from the top. (apparently you can also go down the back way, but we came back down the stairs). My dog is fairly game to try anything and handled the stairs up and down without any issue.

A really nice stop along our route with beautiful views from the top and a trail through the woods on the other side.
