Good restaurant on site, but servers should pay more attention to non locals。。。

Great stay for a night, Room 11 super big, great pool area and a very good breakfast choice, a shed for bikes…..very friendly personal!!! Don’t know why this hotel has only three stars….

Nice hotel with hot swimming pool. Never answered in advance of late check-out will be allowed. Discovered check out is at 11am at the latest. Ended up with room for people with wheel chair without asking for. Nice breakfast for 9€ from 7 to 10 AM. Taxi 12€ to downtown. Great place with cozy garden

On arrival the receptionist could not have done more to make you feel valued. All in all check in was quick and efficient. A nice touch showing us to our room. It has been a long time since I have had that experience. The room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very good. You could eat both inside or out. We chose to eat in the garden area as we had our dog with us although I am sure that would not have mattered. The food was a little above average if not a little unusual. Not seen crisps in a mashed swede before but tasty. Slightly upset when choosing the wine as it was moot on the list but on offer at 16€ but I was charged 20€. At the end of the evening I ordered cognac with my coffee but it never arrived despite asking three different people for it so I gave up.

Lovely hotel with a lovely pool area and outside space. Opposite a Lidl supermarket and close to a MacDonalds restaurant if you don't want to eat in their's. Friendly helpful staff.

A lovely hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights as it is close to both Biarritz and San Sebastian. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the restaurant. Lovely gardens and swimming pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Restaurant is excellent. Very nice and friendly staff, we were welcomed very warmly. Food was delicious we ordered so many plates on the menu - soup, salad, risotto, magret de canard, pavé bœuf. Everything was very delicious.

The hotel itself is well appointed, clean and exactly as described. It is not luxurious, but at the same time, very good value for the price and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent, our evening waitress coped easily with our 40+ party in the evening and the food was good. I was also super impressed by the cleaning staff who found the tech I'd left in my room and put it safely in the store room in reception, and which I collected on my return trip.

Nice place, with a nice swimming pool (which makes a real difference), and an elevator. The rooms are alright with clean and bright bathrooms. I'm not a fan of carpeted room, but it was alright. The parking area is quite spacious.
