The hotel is conveniently located and has a decent-sized car park. The staff were polite and effective. The room was clean and comfortable, although rather dark. The bed was a good size and very comfy. The shower was good, but the towels were pretty tiny and there was no hand towel provided. The breakfast was as you would expect, plentiful and easy to access. Bear in mind that you use a code rather than a key. The hotel is not staffed round the clock, and the code entry pad at the hotel door was broken, so this meant we had a sort of curfew before which we had to be back - a bit nerve-racking, as our dinner reservation was quite late! On the whole, the hotel provides a good service, but there are improvements that could be made.

We went on a road trip from the Netherlands to Malaga and back. And this hotel was really the best. Amazing rooms, badrooms. The female at the service desk with the black and white striped longsleeve was so friendly to us. Even though we looked a bit drained from all the car driving. It didn’t make her smile less! And it was nice she could speak English with a beautiful french accent, because we are still learning french and we we’re a bit to shy to speak French in public. We will definitely be back sometime. Don’t be fooled by the location.

The hotel is clean and quiet. A bit awkward to get to from the Motorway and the entrance road is rough. Secure parking which was good as we were on motorbikes. Very expensive for what it was but it was convenient

Easy check-in using outside terminal, as we arrived late. Comfortable rooms. Exactly what we needed to break up a long drive.

Booked and checked in at the hotel checking in booth about 10pm with 2 dogs no problem

A good place to stay for 1 night. We arrived after 22:00 and easily opened our room with a code which they sent via sms. Dog-friendly hotel. Parking is secure ( attention close at 23:00). Simple breakfast. Clean, cheap, what do you need for 1 night after long road?

This is a basic hotel but is ideally situated as a pitstop for those travelling between France and Spain. The hotel is immaculately clean and has the great advantage of being dog friendly. the Courtpaille restaurant just across the car park is most welcoming, also dog friendly, and gives a discount to hotel guests.

Booked on line , clean comfortable room just inside lobby area. Pet friendly, but you will pay an extra 9 euro per pet...good value

Over all nothing much to say, I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided. Staff extremely friendly and spotless clean! The breakfast has already improved in variety but I believe there’s room for a little bit more variety! Have been staying at this hotel for the past 6 years and will continue to do so!
