The atmosphere is very nice and more friendly than the big competing chains. Room well located, close to campus and well maintained. Among the negative points or points to improve: 1- very poorly ventilated/air-conditioned room. Both in winter and summer, it is (very) hot, and depending on how you feel, this can make training difficult. 2- opening hours: the gym opens late, which makes training early in the morning impossible. 3- group lessons: very interesting but unfortunately a victim of their success, particularly for combat sports. This makes progression quite complicated because there is little supervision (teacher/student ratio), which can be dangerous when you are starting out in sports like MMA. 4- Crowded room at peak hours: once again a victim of their success, but coupled with the first point, training at 6 p.m. can quickly become hell. 5- Price: the price is fair if you use group lessons. But with point 3, you can quickly become discouraged and end up only using the gym. In this case, it is less profitable. 6- For the bodybuilding part that I used the most: there is what you need, but it remains technogym/matrix, so nothing very innovative or specific for fans of optimization, hypertrophy, or by force. Fightness est une salle de sport conviviale où tout est impeccable. Les coachs, tous sans exception adorables, sont là pour aider à avancer et atteindre les objectifs de fitness. L'atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante motive à se dépasser. Depuis mon inscription en septembre, je m'entraîne sans relâche trois fois par semaine, grâce à l'aide de Maude, Fabien, Sylvain, Nicolas et de ma coach Juliette. Merci à eux tous.

In terms of hygiene during the pandemic, there are cleaning stations with antibacterial wipes/sprays located conveniently at different points in the gym.
