This hotel is only good to sleep if you have only one or two people. However, issues I had: My key didn't even work for two days straight, which is all I stayed with them. Even in the same day I had to go down to the lobby multiple times to get a key that worked or reset my lock. My brother safe didn't even work and locked his stuff inside. The front desk person put this code to unlock it, which showed that the safe isn't safe if the workers can open it anytime. The tissue box holder always tried to fall out. Even to get into my room was a challenge, besides my let not working. My door was constantly stuck and I had to ram my door every time to even get it open. There were bugs crawling around... There is just too much stuff to list. If you can avoid this place I would, but it's up to you.

Nice relaxing not a lot of space but very good space usage but has everything for that category of hotel. Also a little kitchen fully equipped.. Nice but loud in the morning after 10am the workers make a lot of noise.

This was one of the worst hotels we stayed in, asked them to help us turn the aircon on as it wasn’t working at all an was broken, got told that because it was cold outside they have closed the aircon vents from working in all rooms. An they won’t turn it on. Thank god there was a window, so we opened the window an woke up with getting bitten by mosquitoes as our room was near all the trees. We had a stain on our bed and the corners on the room were falling apart. Even went to other people’s room we were hanging with an their room was the same. The breakfast was terrible. There was another coach bus staying the same night an they were so disgustingly inconsiderate the filled up all their plates with all the food an left our group with nothing. Because they didn’t consider everyone that stayed there wasnt enough food for everyone. Fruit was off, juice machine had run out.

I have booked the reservation for one night with my baby(1 year). When I came to reception Steve ( aggressive and disgruntled employee) has met us. 1.Firstly, in ultimatum form he told me that the prise will be 4 euros more as it was reserved. I was a little bit chocked but said ok. Then he told me that I should pay this 4 euros now, immediately. I asked to do it in the morning as it was midnight and I was with little baby. He told - right now. I payed. Then he noted something in his computer very long time, during this serving other guests. At last he gave me the key. 2.And I asked about the bed for the baby. He told that he is not going to bring it right now for me. It’s France and no one in France will not. I asked him - is it his rule or it’s official ? He started to shout and scold me as a student that I had to book a hotel in advance. Little remarks : it’s midnight,I’m with the baby on my hands and I have PAYED! I checked up the room and it was 2 different beds-for me and 1 year old baby.. in what way can i sleep there??! 3. Then he told me -if you don’t like my rules I am cancelling your reservation, get out to another hotel.I don’t care.. what??! I asked to call manager. He refused telling that it is he who is managering this night. I asked the coordinations of manager -he refused. Again : midnight,I’m with the baby in the in the suburbs of Paris, in front of me agressive abuser who has cancelled my ! PAYED! reservation… 4. I started to cry as because the situation was hopeless, I think it was his purpose.. then he told - ok, I will give you room with one bed. Nothing to do, I had no chance. What does it mean one bed-it’s 2 beds together. My baby felt down from this bed during the night.. 5. When I took the key and asked his name,he told me -Steve and then added that he is working fo 20 years here and doesn’t care what I’m thinking about him.. I was totally choked.I was destroyed for all night in this nightmare hotel. Conclusion :of course, I don’t recommend you this place. It doesn’t cost the money and your nervous system..

This place is cool if you’re on a budget trip in Paris, it’s close to the major tourist attractions either by cab or metro. Metro 13 is the closest here with less than 10mins walk to get to the station. The staff are very lovely and welcoming. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, which is not an option for me, they close early and have limited food options. The restaurant head or manager is not so pleasant like the rest of the staff here. Overall, I recommend!

I stayed here from 23-24 oct. Great service from a lady named Imane. I will definetly stay here again because of her. She saved us that morning to find the closest gas station. We will forever be thankful for that otherwise we couldn’t drive. Thank you so much Imane, you satisfied 4 people this weekend.

Thank you for everything Hotel Kyriad Paris. Our stay in your hotel was great. The room was big enough for the two of us, it was pretty, light and well equipped. I really liked the double bed and the lights, they were unique. The charwoman came everyday, she cleaned the room, we got new towels and everything we needed. We had a little problem with the heating but it was sold immediately. The receptionists were kind, they helped us a lot. They offer breakfast and dinner too, but we didn't have any of it. It was near to the metro station, approximately 5-10 minutes walk. Near the hotel there were fast food restaurants, supermarkets like franprix and a Saint Oven's flee market. We recommend this place with all our heart. 😊

Nice clean rooms. But small without space for drawers or closet for clothes. Ok, service but nothing extra. Simple but overpriced buffet. Would have been worth the price if less than 10€.

The picture and reality of the room is very different, too small space and even there is no wardrobe and the toilet not so clean. After shower the whole room gets humid. Even heard nosy every morning when the cleaner was cleaning 🥲 I don’t know where come from the smell in the bathroom as well.

Very good services and a very good connection via the metro station. Out hostess Sumaya was very friendly and took good care of out needs. The bed was a bit to hard for me but the rooms have everything you need and get cleaned every day. The fact that we could see the eifeltower from the window made a verry nice detaill

Rough around the edges, bathroom had black mould spores all over the roof. Location was not to bad, but there is drunk/homeless nearby, so caution must be taken at night.

We stayed here as part of a larger group and the hotel had shut off the aircon on the entire hotel saying it "was their part in climate change as it was less than 26 degrees outside". The rooms on one side of the hotel were in the sun all afternoon, so we all got back to our rooms to find them a sauna. 26 degrees outside in the shade does not mean 26 degress in the room in the afternoon sun. There were about 15 people who complained but they would not budge with turning it on. Everything else in the room some what okay, until you get to the bathroom. Tiny 400mm shower screen which does nothing. I would probally rather use a garden hose than the shower head in this bathroom which sprays everywhere like a garden sprinkler out of the shower area and onto the bathroom floor and at the bathroom door. No exhaust fan so the bathroom ceiling is covered in mould. I must mention that the aircon was only shut off on the second night. The first night the aircon was on, and barely doing a thing, If you require aircon or want a decent shower - DO NOT STAY HERE

Pathetic Hotel it was.. In Europe I think they are not even providing water bottle in any room as our tour group didn't get it. We were asked to drink bathroom tap water in our personal bottle only..

The location is great. Located near a grocer with fresh fruits and veggies right around the corner. Within several blocks are located banks, ATMS, subway entrance, trolley, highway access.

The persons in the reception are very freindly and responsible. The room was small but clean. No refrigerator in the room. The location is good, very close to train and bus station. Reasonable price. Recommend it.

The hotel is kind of old fashioned. Nevertheless the rooms are fine, clean and with all the necessary stuff equipped. The staff is always willing to help.

Stay was ok not the best but what you pay for. Bedroom was modern with old style bathroom. They left us coffee and milk but no kettle to make a coffee, when I went and spoke to reception about it the receptionist was beyond helpful and made us coffees at the bar and brought a kettle up to our room later. Bartender looked like she couldn’t wait to go home, we ordered a few drinks and sat outside one night not realising the bar was about to close. The bartender turned off all the lights and locked the doors with us still being outside with our beer glasses.. no warning to say they were closing and locking up just completely locked us out. I tried calling reception to let them know we were locked outside but they hung up on me twice. Someone staying at the hotel noticed us knocking on all the windows to get there attention and informed reception to let us in! I recommend this hotel only if your looking for a short stay and something cheap. Neighbourhood area was sometimes noisy and rowdy. We wish that they had a “do not disturb sign to put on the door” we liked to sleep in but always got woken up by the cleaner knocking on the door. The lift doors sometimes wouldn’t close and you had to wait for the next lift which was annoying.

Perfect location near the metro station Porte de Saint ouen and good quality breakfast. Don't expect a high speed bandwidth wifi.

Some of the staff members were quite rude when ourselves and other guest would make requests. AC was unreliable, and the facilities need an overall update.

Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, rooms were decent size, breakfast was alright. Overall good for a cheap quick stay, but not a long one

Costumer service was very poor. People in the reception were very rude and not welcoming at all (no smile, no hello, no good morning) even if you ask them questions they don’t answer or will be very annoyed and brief in there response ( specially the guy working during Night Shift called sylveste). The room doesn’t look like the picture (way smaller then what was in shower in the picture). Cleaning lady is very nice tho!

Room was not smelling well like if somebody had smoked in the room before. Breakfast is very simple, other hotel for the same price in the same region I had stayed another day was much better. It's not a hotel for tourists, surroundings does not have much to do, lack restaurants and bars but it's close to some companies if you're for business. All the staff was very kind, receptive and helpful, except for this only one guy who just did not allow me to go to the tables area to see and know the hotel just because I was not staying for dinner! (absurd and disrespectful!!)

Pro:the hotel is modern and almost everything you want is there . Contra: Rooms are relatively small and lack of the fresh air because you will not able to open them fully due to curtains, in addition to The Parking that belong to the hotel was full so no guarantee that you will get a place to park there plus you have to pay 8€ /day if you got a place.

For the price it's great. Small no nonsense room. Affordable guarded/gated parking. I see a lot of people complaining about the neighborhood in these reviews. Neighborhood is fine. There is a bridge you have to walk under to get into Central Paris and as you walk, there is a large homeless population. Nobody bothered us as we walked by, it was mainly just sad to see.

The hotel was ok. I normally had good experiences with Kyriad, but this one was different. The employees, especially the Manager was very rude to all the Guests. He also was trying to get additional fee for this and that. Despite booking 3 rooms, he said we booked only two and 3rd is cancelled and I showed him the confirmation and then allocated a new room after convincing that, we booked in advance. We were quite upset with all these together.
