Ordered medium steak, blue is what you get and Cold Fries. Wont eat here again

The steaks were burnt on the outside making it taste really bad. It was also no tender as promissory. Not a good experience

American style chain, good taste, nice portions, reasonably priced, if you’re looking for such place, it’s worth a visit

Edited: The food was cold when arrived almost 45 minutes later. The meat was tough as a rock. Drinks never arrived and they were included on the bill. I will prefer to go fasting than eating here again.

Arno our waiter could not have been more accommodating and welcoming on our arrival. It’s one thing to serve the general public but another to make them feel welcome and that nothing is too much. A natural. On top of that the food was great and his guidance with our selections and accompaniments were fantastic. Ironically we’ve eaten at this restaurant 3 times over the last few years (on our journey back to Spain) and never received this kind of service, professionalism and attention to detail before hence the review. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.

We arrived as a group of 9 late after a full day travelling. The guy who served us could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Excellent service and good food.

We stopped here on our way to skiing. The food is fine, nothing outstanding but good for a chain. The service was really good though. Our waiter Fabien was so friendly and helpful!

lovely place, haven't been to one for years but just as good if not better than i remembered it.

The steak was completely burnt on the outside,I couldn’t eat it because all I tasted was ash. The meat wasn’t bad it was simply burnt by the cooks.I hate having to spend money on something that you can’t eat, it’s a pity that most of the the food was burnt thrown away.

Nice American grill restaurant. Good food, quick and friendly service, reasonable prices. Recommended!

When your diner is served cold . Then I expect a new hot meal and not my meat on the grill again and still cold chips. Then I wanted to pay for what was good at the counter. Then they egnor you. So I left with out paying. LUCKY NOT ALL BUFFALO GRILL LIKE THIS ONE. There was Coca-Cola but the place was not 5 star.
