Hilton Garden Inn Tours Centre

This is definitely a place to stay-in tour location is perfect. It’s near everything walking distance. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They went out of their way. They found me three fabulous restaurants to eat in that were within the range that I asked about they went over and beyond everyone at the front desk I highly recommend the team actually one of the best group of people that I’ve met working in hotel since I’ve been traveling this season throughout France we did not have breakfast in the restaurant. I thought it was a little pricey €22 per person, but we did get lucky and find a great bakery about seven minute walk which had some of the best quiche and buns we’ve had in a long time, the room was great. Air condition worked well towels were nice. The bed was very comfortable . I forgot the best part. They have self-serving washer and dryer that you can use for free and they even give you the detergent The TV had news stations in EnglishIt !!!!! A good stay and I will highly recommend this chain. The Hilton Garden Inn to all the people that will be coming in the near future.

Walking distance to the centre of the town. Basic hotel with good sized rooms (for France). Basic but decent breakfast. Parking in Indigo Anatole is just few steps from the hotel entrance. You can reserve and pay for parking on Indigo Parking website or app. Very convenient as you can also register a rental car license plate number in the app (you can set expiry date for your rental in the app). When you have reserved the parking you can just drive in - cameras detect your license plate number.

Location is outstanding (sites, restaurants, etc) ven though a lot of effort is required to find parking (none onsite; parked several blocks away at Nationale using Onepark app). Room quiet (even though it overlooks tram tracks)and beds comfortable. Not really recognized as hilton honors and definitely not for diamond status) Two significant issues: (1)refrigerator was not working. Told it was 'mini-bar', but even so it needs to cool lower than room temp. Nice to have self service laundry, but not well maintained. Washer worked fine, butdryer did not. Again. Staff tried to blame on operator error. But instructions followed correctly (plus cleaning out lint traps from previous use), unit heated okay, but clothes still damp after extended time. Fortunately, rates were reasonable

Hotel was well managed very clean staff very friendly, special thanks to Luke helped us to upgrade the room and the reservation of taxi ! The hotel had a great view facing the river however with some challenge for taxi going directly to the city centre due to the restriction of the trams, create a location for people enjoying walk or bike

Center of Tours shopping district .. its my first time here visiting with the family. No car parking for the hotel itself; but the parking is very near by. The room in standard and has all the needfull. I like how they translated the directions and signs to blind personals. I didnt like the housekeeping performance since i noticed they didnt clean the bathroom floor !!

The front desk staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. The room was incredible with amazing views of the river and spacious rooms to have individual time after a day of sight seeing. Would recommend and will stay again if we got the same room!

Very nice hotel with a small reception. During the winter months there are Christmas markets right across the street. The fitness room is very small with free water. Breakfast is adequate. The room is clean and tidy, but without water. Overall impression - satisfied.

Great location with clean sizable modern rooms. Easily accessible to many great sites and restaurants. Front desk staff Pierre-Luc was absolutely phenomenal. Had great knowledge of the areas attractions as well as historical landmarks and restaurant/dining options. On the down side parking is in an adjacent below ground ramp with no elevator and no nearby street or front area of the hotel to pull up and drop your bags off. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Awful service and staff at the reception. They withdrew more money from my card than they should do because of the mistake in their sistem. It took 1 month to return the money, I had to write them almost every day and sometimes they simply didn’t answer. It was such a waste of my time and my nerves. And in the end the amount that they returned was 5 euro less than should be, because they put the bank commission for the transfer on me, which is really unfair (it was their fault not mine, they should pay comision for their fault not me). And they simply said that they are not responsible for any commission, which is really ridiculous for such big chain as Hilton. 2. The room is smaller than in the picture. Our room didn’t have any seating area, but in the picture there should be a small table and a chair near the window. In reality our bed was near the wall and the window, there was no space for any sitting space and we didn’t have a small table and a chair as it is shown in the picture. 3. There is no view because of white lines on the window and also you can’t open the window. 4. Cleaning also could have been better.
