At first the place looked nice, then check-in was horrendous, the staff were not friendly and untrained. They didn't find our booking then found it and there was only one key to the room. Can't ask much as they get irritated. Didn't explain what was available on the premises and not even interested to sell their products. The room according to the website is refurbished but it is extremely tired and needs to be refurbished. There are two restaurants on site one that is only open for lunch and the other is a buffet where food is average. The swimming pool hasn't been renovated since ages the liner is detached, the swimming pool bar isn't functioning and needs to be painted, it is really tired. The good thing about this place is the beach as it doesn't need maintenance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend and won't come back to that place ever again. For the price you pay there are other nicer places.

Terrible terrible!!! The food is absolutely disgusting! Bugs in the fruit, just nasty food.. no one speaks English so forget about asking for anything because they will not even try to help you. The rooms are gross, hard, uncomfortable beds, and the bathrooms smell terrible. They play obnoxious French music all hours of the night so you cannot get a good night's sleep. The restaurants and supermarket are only open certain hours so you must plan your vacation days around them instead of having a leisurely time. The entire island is awful, and not friendly to tourists. We came for a week vacation and left after two horrible days. Save your money and go somewhere else, unless you want a awful experience!

When you are in Holidays you want to eat something good. This place does not give this opportunity: no restaurants around, in the evening dinner in the buffet you need to book up front. We arrived hotel after whole day trip, with little children. Wanted to eat something in the buffet: lady said no option, as we did not book table earlier. We were left with no food option, as no restaurants are around. This place do not treat you like valuable customer, rather like intruder.

It is good located with nice pool. One of the best at Martinique (but that is not that big competition in terms of quality)

very nice resort where you rent your own apartment. outdoor kitchenette and patio. overall a nice property. would recommend for short stays as other accomodatuons on island are easily accessible and priced a bit cheaper. beautiful views. easily able to do day trips around southern tip of the island. they have different options available if you chose to have your meals at their restaurant.

Stayed here for a few days while attending a conference, the meals were great, especially the dessert! Superb! The staff were also very friendly for the most part & accommodating. 1 downside, they only change your towels every 5-7 days.

We stayed in this resort for 5 nights in November 2018. It was a terrible vacation experience. Where do i begin. We arrived at night, and the only place to eat was the buffet. The food was siting out for hours, dry, and nearly empty and yet was 45 euro pp Which is extremely overpriced. Aside from food on resort being overpriced, it is extremely bland. There are is no room or cleaning services available unless you stay an extended amount of days. This facility charges for anything you could think of ex: clean towels are an extra charge. The rooms are very outdated. There is no swim up bar as advertised, but instead a swim up beach towel stand. This hotel is located on the water, but there is no accessible beach to lounge on. A car should be rented to get around to decent resturaunts and beaches unless you prefer to be overcharged by taxi drivers. I can keep writing so many other reasons why you should avoid this hotel but I’ll cut it short to say the least. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

My wife found this place through her chase credit card travel rewards and we were very happy with almost everything. We had a great room, the pool was nice (a little cold for my preference, but it didn't stop me from getting in), and everything was set up so that if you really wanted to, you could stay on the resort property for your entire vacation. I think we were the only Americans staying there at the time, and I don't speak French, but my wife speaks French well enough and did most of the translating with the front desk staff and bartenders as needed. I only mention this as a fair heads-up if you also do not speak French, beware that it's a little more difficult than navigating Paris in English, as we didn't encounter a lot of English speaking staff. However, if you are traveling to Martinique, you should probably be prepared for this anyway.

The room leaves much to be desired. Old everything. The bathroom is quite unhygienic. I had a bathroom cockroach in the room. The bed was very weak, as if I slept on a bench in the park. The apartment had a kitchenette on the balcony where the dishes had a horrible smell and the fridge could not be used because of the smell. For the price you pay, the camera leaves much to be desired. The restaurant with very good food. I do not recommend Koko beach for serving meals - a lot of mess in the kitchen. As facilities, they should pay more attention to cleanliness and would not spoil a beach with two or three sunbeds.

Was a grate place to stay on our holiday for two weeks, love the beach and sunset from their even those we cannot see the sunset to the ocean🥰

Bad Management and customer service. No water but no notification and no help for water for toilet flush. Only stuff with no ideas and competence. I picked up water from the fountain for toilet by the end. As travel agency owners we can not recommend this in age common hotel. But we will go with a lawyer for this. Oliver

Barely anyone speaks English at this resort. However, the tours & excursions representative (Marie-L) is fantastic!! She saved our vacation, cannot thank her enough!!

Staff was wonderful, ground were very well taken care of, we only had breakfast but it was very good. We will definitely spread the word for this gem.
