Go in and you'll find a fancy place with caring staff. You'll then discover their delicious food. The quantity goes just perfect with how tasty it is! And the price is fair for what you get. Surely one of the best places to eat in the city.

What an amazing setting. We had a perfect evening with the most picturesque restaurant in town. Only the service was a little slow but everything else was perfect. The cheese platter to die for. My meal had fois gras in it wand was excellent too. We got lucky as we got the last table after that the line up outside was long.

We had a beautiful evening. The food Was superb and the live music just amazing. The atmosphere was super relaxed and the restraunt on each floor beautiful.

Fantastic variety and quality of food in a picturesque setting. Service first class with English speaking waiter and waitress who were extremely helpful and friendly. So impressed we have booked to go back again tomorrow evening!

Love this place. I come for coffee after my French class (sorry Gabriel, I'm not writing this in French!) It's one of the few places in Saintes where you can have a small lunch or tapas without having to have a 3 course meal. The 'pop' memorabilia is worth seeing, as is Ronnie Caryl when he plays here.

Our waitress was very attentive to our table. The staff spoke English, which made ordering very easy. Food was excellent, the atmosphere was phenomenal!

Decided to eat here for our wedding anniversary - and so glad we did. Beautiful location in the shaded courtyard, wonderful food, well presented and excellent value for money. A perfect lunch out.

This restaurant is the only reason to visit Saintes, as the rest of the town is a dirty, run-down dump. However this is a delightful restaurant with fantastic food, a great vibe and really friendly service. Just a shame it's in Saintes.

We drove from Mont Saint Mitchel to Bordeaux and made a stop in Saintes for lunch. Luckily we found this restaurant. The decor was so nice. Ground floor was a coffee shop and when we said we want to eat they asked us to sit on 2nd floor. They also have outdoor area at the back and quite big area on the side. They have so many choices of tea displayed, I saw few people come just to buy the tea. We let the staff help us with the menu, and it was good. Service was good. Toilet was big and clean.

Great place for lunch after walking the old town and seeing the cathedral. We had the set menu which includes a glass of wine, delicious, reasonable prices, cool decor inside, terrace was sunny and pleasant. For a bit extra order the café gourmand. Highly recommended!

It's my favourite café. I did not try the food. But it looks nice. The coffees and teas are really good. There are even, nice music and possibilities to eat and drink outside. The building is typical french

Very good food, lot of choice and a lot of home made or local made cuisine. However, service was painfully long, staff not at the level.

Food, wine and service brilliant. The staff were incredibly helpful in trying to get us a taxi back to our hotel, with no taxi available the waitress went above and beyond expectations by driving us back to our hotel, we'll deserved of a 5 star review.

Been here twice now, first time was great, good food and a nice menu. This time round it didnt have the same vibe. Menu seemed more limited and different staff, the food was quick and very nice but only had a main due to the menu difference. We did go on different days so maybe different menu for weekday and weekend.
