I have been a long-time customer of theirs, and when I went to the reception for treatment, the employee at the reception was uninterested and was playing on the mobile phone. When speaking in English, she said, “We do not speak.” I told her that there is no one who speaks English, and I know that most of their doctors speak English. I do not know whether she is racist or misbehavior on the part of the receptionist.

The only clinic we go to with our eyes closed, our 4 year old son comes without any fear, and so do we 😂

Hello everyone! I am writing this comment from the waiting room, I am at Dent Group Serdivan, where I came for complete smile treatment. I came here after researching on the internet and evaluating it as the best clinic in the Sakarya region. I had no idea about this place until the moment I arrived, I just came with the hope that there were treatments to be done and everything would be over, but when we started the treatment process, everything changed a lot, it became more like a friendship and family feeling than a dental clinic. I would like to thank everyone, especially Mr. Orkun. I had a fear of the dentist...🤣 it's not like that.. Thanks to Ms. Zeynep😊 thanks to her smiling face and persuasive skills.. I sat on the chair... she directed me to Mr. Orkun because surgical intervention was required.. five minute shooting because I was nervous and scared. It took two hours.. thank God, thanks to his perseverance, patience and discipline, the shooting was done.. there is no problem now... my stitches will be removed.. a good surgeon... treatment without any problems.. Devlet hastanesinde dişimi çektirdim ve röntgen çekemedikşeri için içinde kaldımı kalmadı mı bilmiyordum bende denir grupa gittim röntgen ve tomografi çektiler herhangi bi diş vs olmadığını söylediler ve ben ertesi gün kanamadan acile gittiğimde uzman doktor dibinde diş kaldığını söyledi. Yaşadığım en berbat deneyim… 3-4 defa iğne yapıldı ve uyuşmayan dişimde işleme devam edildi. Acı içinde işlemi yarıda bıraktım ve günlerce yeni randevu için aranmadım. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum
