waiters are rude and slow. I had the worst antrikot I have ever tasted. impossible to chew. sO we had to share my husband's meal. When I returned my meal uneaten and told tgat it was awfull, they even did not cancel its price on my check! only the atmosphere is good.

We booked the banglo room which is higher rate than the room, unfortunately it was horrible experience!! The location is behind rail-station and high way u can hear all the noises at night we couldnt sleep at all !!! They have to improve this point in-order to enjoy the experience But the staff and the room service is excellent

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and agreed to pay at the venue. A few days prior to arrival we were told we needed to pay that day or our reservation would be cancelled. We emailed with a question which was ignored and then our reservation was cancelled without any further info. Would avoid in future. Thanks for ruining our honeymoon plans!

Nice view, but they refuse to serve one person breakfast you have to order TWO PERSON breakfast or you can’t have breakfast!!!!!! Which forces me to leave the restaurant. Feels like something wrong? Kind of scammers

Booked the wooden bungalow, it was amazing experience, staff are friendly, breakfast is great as well, and they have a friendly dog at reception

It's 1.45 pm. We were told after 15 minutes of being seated that the breakfast continyes until 2 pm. That's why they can't serve us the Turkish Coffee and the refreshments we asked for. This is a joke! It that was the case you could have told us at the first place that only breakfast is served, don't do that after you have the person seated. Such a low profile of management.

Normally I don’t take time to review the spots that I had been. But I had to do it for this place. Yes, the cafe/restaurant view is amazing. BUT the service is AWFUL: (preliminary info : Approx. 40 tables/130 persons capacity). 1. A Sunday evening 20.00. Room half empty. Maybe 40 persons. Not much. 10 waiters completely overwhelmed. 2. the personnel is completely careless. They don’t care about the client. They are running all the time without exception we don’t know for what but it is not for your orders for sure. Yet your order came in 50 minutes. 3. when I say order, it is only one tiny slice of cheesecake and 3 soufflés (don’t expect a perfect soufflé, it is just a PERFECT yet mild chocolate soup). 4. The prices? Too high for ready to serve meals. (Don’t buy the “fried ice cream” as (and I quote) [they] “just put a frozen stuff in the deep fryer”)… Enjoy the view, not the meals. If they sell the view, for god please, ask for an entrance fee…

So bad experience and the waitress and waiters were so rude they didn’t speak English and they replied in Turkish. I asked them many times to bring forks and spoons and they ignored us and after many times she got them while shouting in their language!! One more bad thing about them , they said I should order for two person the breakfast menu while there were alot of choices we don’t eat so wasting of food in the garbage!! I wad so bad and I would recommend it to any one

We arrived and looked the place over, the Hotel is in a lovely location with lake views. We decided to stay, however after paying and going to our room , there was no water. The receptionist omitted to tell us the whole complex had no water ! On asking when the water would be available a shrug of the shoulders was all we got ! It came on three hours after check in , this in our view was unforgivable! When the water was connected the bday did not function. Again a shrug of shoulders from reception! The TV was set to Arabic, we could not change it to Turkish or English, the two hapless people who came to our room were less clued up than us and could not resolve the problem. The shower leaked and there was quite a lot of cobwebs in the ceiling / roof structure. Does anyone check the rooms ? If so they need replaced or supervised ! For a premium Hotel with a premium price we were not even offered an apology at checkout! One further thing (not the Hotels Fault) it is only 15 meters from the Istanbul Ankara High Speed Railway so expect to be woken twice every hour during the night. Very disappointing experience as the Hotel has great potential.

I choose this places for sunday morning, but they didn't pick us up even though we had a reservation, plus the manager cursed me, I do not recommend and will not go again !!!

The hotel difnt allow us with children to have dinner or breakfast in the resturant on the lake view and they inly said no children allowed while poeple with DOGS are allowed... Worst hotel who prefer dogs than children. I will oost this review on twitter and instagram. Shame on you

Loved this restaurant 😍 the view was so nice and romantic especially at sunset. Very good place to have a break from all the daily stress. We went as a group of 12 people and they gave a really good service even though they had many other customers .

We were there for breakfast. Breakfast includes verious kinds of items. Location is fascinating, breakfast area has tables which are very close to lake. Overall, it worths to be there but price a bit higher.

We took the deluxe tree room, Fridge was not working, they change it, however,the new one was the same 😕 - the toilet was always bad smelling. Rooms not sound proving and rooms are close to the train tracks But in general I rate them 4 star due to the room design and nice views of the lake and very nice restaurant

This place has lots of good reviews because of the hotel side … very good view … but if you are going to the restaurant it’s terrible food… but great sitting … don’t go there if you are hungry

One of the best hotels in Sapanca, Turkey. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner from room service. It was one of the most delicious dishes I ever had.
