Its an amazing hotel with very friendly staff and atmosphere. The rooms are small but everything else is nice. The price is very good. I loved my staying in Nalaa....highly recommended. Also it's location is great where you have restaurants and supermarket at a walking distance.

The room was dirty, near to emergency stair which was blocked and garbage stored near. The corridor is noisy due to maintenance going on to the some of room.

I spent a week there and I feel like a home, their staff was so helpful and amazing. I get everything whatever I ask from the reception, they were really kind and humble. Rooms were the best and clean. Provided delicious breakfast every morning. Thumps up specially for the all the reception staff 👍♥️

Not a real 4 star. Uncomfortable beds and rooms, not enough wardrobe or clothes hanger, one chair for two people, bad breakfast, no wheelchair access, no makeup mirror etc.

OUTSTANDING. High tech, brand new decorated (as of 2020), extremely friendly staff. And almost a third price of 4-5 star hotel in the same vicinity. Tavsiye ederim.
