Excellent service, very friendly staff. Very glad to have this addition of Mexican cuisine in the eastern part of the county less than 2 miles from my home. I told a gentleman there that I would post a review of the restaurant. Very nice interior, great meal and very friendly folks. This establishment will be packed out for lunch and dinner once people become aware of it. I would prefer that the portions for take away to be a bit more generous

This place is UNREAL! What a fantastic addition to the community! The place is spotless and open; the prices are crazy inexpensive; the portions are massive, and the authenticity is straight up undeniable. The word needs to get out about this place. It is THAT good. I got the Lunch Special #2 and it came with a massive bag of home made tortillas, home made salsa, a killer beef burrito, tasty yellow rice, and the best refried beans I've ever had. I told the nice girl at the counter that I like it spicy and she included a container of hot sauce -- it is BLAZING hot and delicious!!! Be prepared for the heat, bc that hot sauce brings it. One last thing, I ordered, paid, sat down to look at my phone and the server was back with the bagged up meal -- the wait was literally less than two minutes.

Tulum Mexican Restaurant has good authentic Mexican food flavor. My friend and I were seated promptly and the server provided menus and took drink orders right away. The service was okay and my fajitas came out really late. While they did apologize and reported that they had some unforeseen problems with my order, I understood and my friend and I patiently waited for my food. My friend said his burrito was good and he said he would probably try something else on the menu next time he dines there again. When my fajitas arrived, they were steaming hot. The portion size was very big and my food was tasty. I do think I will dine at this restaurant again solely for the flavor of their food, it’s so good!!

Went for dinner Friday evening, we were greeted and immediately seated when we entered. I ordered Birria tacos, my husband had Carne asada tacos and our daughter had the Mexican pizza. Food came out quickly and hot. Everything tasted great, we will definitely be coming back. Nice customer service as well. Also, I only gave 4 stars because the booth seating wasn’t very supportive, the bench was sunken in and the table could have been a bit larger to fill the space (I had to sit towards the edge of the seat while eating). That’s no biggie though, I’ll just ask for different seating next time.

Good food, good prices, super friendly staff. We were glad to see this restaurant is authentic (better tasting) or at least more than another Mexican restaurant in our area (not naming in names but they are in Fayetteville). We will be back!

I went in the afternoon to dine in. Customer service was great. The food however looked pretty but was completely bland. Horrible! The pics posted are from the dine in experience. Again, it looks pretty but is tasteless. I also ordered to go a month later to try to give them another chance. I ordered the steak tacos😒😒😒😒 even worse the second time

I had higher hopes for this place after reading raving online reviews. I got a take out order of 3 carnitas tacos for $14 and the meat was absolutely beyond tough, chewy, and dry. The place was packed which gave me high hopes. May try again for benefit of the doubt but not a good experience from me.

I had high hopes for this restaurant. The first sign of yellow flag was how extensive their menu was. When you have a menu that takes up multiple pages and in small print usually indicates many of their food is frozen. But with high hopes, I ordered cheese enchiladas, tamale, rice and beans, take out...When I received it, the aluminum containers were not even hot because the tamale and Beef not cheese enchiladas were not hot. It was cold in the center and un-melted cheese laid on top, which verified that it was possibly frozen. When I tried to reheat the tamale, the cheese on the top would not even melt. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. Just my opinion but they would knock it out of the park if they streamlined their menu so they would have to make upon order. The time it took for my order, they could have made it fresher. I really do wish them well, it's a much needed addition to the area.

I am very picky about my Mexican food but I was very happy with this restaurant. First time there. Live out of town but have friend in the area. BEST PORK TACO EVER. I can't wait to return and I will even take family there who live 1 hr away when I am here to visit. On a nice day I may even drive the 2.5 hours to have a taco. So good. Very nice young man that waited on us. 5 stars definitely

The food was delicious. Everything about our experience was great from the service to the presentation. Just to add that you can not beat the price for the quality here. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great Mexican food !
