We visited for a volleyball tournament! Salt Lake City Showdown! Plenty of parking around, some charge daily or by the hour. Not too much walking from the entrance. Very pleased with how clean the facility was! No mask requirements at the time!

First time venturing to this place, not as a customer, but as a vendor during the expo hunt tradeshow! This place is huge! Parking was pretty straightforward but had to show up early to get guaranteed parking in the parking garage. Even then, I was at the very bottom parking level and got one of the very last parking spots left. During the tradeshow, they did not have enough food choices, ate pretty much the same food three days straight, and had to get lunch before the lunch rush to get guaranteed food as one of the (two) choices of food vendors ran out of food the day before. Normally what I hate about tradeshows (and huge crowds like this) - is they tend to not clean the bathrooms well because of so much foot traffic - but this place kept their bathrooms clean and it was quite a nice change!

Great place for Comic Con and Dragonsteel 2022. We met a lot of great people and had a lot of fun. Defiantly worth it. The parking is a bit odd, make sure you don’t get towed!

It wasn't as good as I'd hoped for the price. Actually I was pretty disappointed. There were only bouncy houses, stationary dinosaurs that they lift the kids up on and a Halloween costume contest. The dinosaurs were big and kind of cool, but they We're older and you could kind of tell that they have had it. the price should have been way less for the tickets. The advertisement looked way better than what it actually was. And if they advertise rides, there should actually be rides, instead of just bouncy houses.

I really love this building. I come here every year for Comic con and it's a perfect size. The layout isn't too confusing, and the rooms are good sized. They have escalators to each floor and lots of gall space and outlets.

I've lived in Utah all of my life and only just this year went to the Salt Palace for the first time. It was probably due to the poor directions and staff, but I was not really impressed. There was very little guidance on where to go when walking around. I did like FanX, but probably won't go again.

It's massive. Will update more tomorrow once the Summer Outdoor Retailer show starts.

Spacious hall in the middle of downtown SLC. The building has several nearby train stops and is surrounded by hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues of various cost/quality levels. But, the size of the facility will require significant amount of walking.

Very nice convention center , my partner and I came for NBA crossover. Great selection of vendors ranging from food to interactive activities. There were many mini booths to shoot hoops, get custom tshirts made, and fast food. Happy that there was an açaí vendor there to fulfill healthy fruit option! It was awesome to see some nba stars there too. Got to see Walker Kessler (Utah local basketball star) and some retired nba champs that were floating around. Phenomenal experience! This is a lovely convention center to host big events!

The layout of this convention center can be confusing. It is not "that" big, but curves around in a weird way and some areas (like the 3rd floor) are hard to find. Facilities and food options are great.

I didn't fully experience "the hotel", but my room was great. Super comfy bed and pillows, clean, coffee maker, iron, a huge TV, and a view of the city downtown. Have to come back for more. I even ordered a to go beet salad after a walk, and the guy knew better than me and put chicken in it. He was right! I loved it! There is also a quite nice mall within steps. I found it curious that, if all the hotels I've been to, they don't care about superstitions and have a thirteenth floor. Just awesome!

I love the venue! There was a variety of rooms to fit the needs. The flexibility and adaptability to change when the con needed it was wonderful! So excited to come back next year !

Came here for a tournament for the kids. The place is huge. It has some good facilities, including on site food stalls. The food was decent, not the best. The conference area itself was huge enough to hold multiple tournaments at the same time.

Pretty nice convention center. Have attended two meetings here now. I like 1) the manageable size, 2) how several hotels are close to it, and 3) proximity to the light rail link to the airport. Meeting rooms or what you would expect, but the restrooms are nice, especially how they are designed with a hand dryer at the sink.

Salt Palace is a great place to attend conventions. Here at the Western Hunting Conservation Expo. People gathered from around the world for hunting and fishing. A show that promotes and preserve sustainability in the wilderness. A nice experience to come and visit.
