This place yes is a new that was recently opened up, but it truly a spectacular experience. To start things off the staff who work here are absolutely fantastic, who are quick to help you if you need anything. I am going to say that this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with the staff at a hotel or resort that I stayed at. Here they are very good at ensuring that being eco friendly takes priority which can be found through out, and even in your room as well. Giving the option for general waste to recycled, giving you resources to bring your food back from outside with provided containers for you to use. The rooms in the pictures do not do it justice for that it is very spacious, and this is someone who has a 3 year old with them. The places to eat are fantastic with organic menus, and a fantastic breakfast to add with it. The green space along with its pool is amazing on how they constructed this place maximizing the space allowing you to just be relaxed with in it. With this said the only down side is the drive in, the road is a single lane road. It’s very rough to drive on, but it dose look like they are working on to fix this. I will definitely be coming back to this place with my family as we are already planning on when at this moment.

A tranquil place to relax by the Tha Chine river. The room is spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Love the amenities, especially the Pomelo scented shampoo and bath gel. Our room is garden view (which is not literally garden...what we see from the room is a truck / factory view) and we would definitely go for a river view next time! I would like to compliment the staffs here. Everyone is caring and ready to help you with smiles.

I spent one night at the hotel, and my experience was rather average. The receptionist didn't exhibit much friendliness or a strong service-oriented approach, especially in comparison to hotels that prioritize retreat or wellness, where the staff tends to be more polite and professional. About the room and overall concept, they were quite good. However, I was disappointed to find that the blanket had a musty odor, making me wonder if it might be due to pets or other factors. This was definitely a drawback for the hotel. On the positive side, I appreciated the restaurant's concept, which I thoroughly loved. The restaurant staff, in contrast to the reception, was very nice and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, although the entrance could use some development and improvement.

This hotel is an absolute gem! I adore every single detail and thought put into it. The design allows for excellent ventilation, and the little signs and strong concept of the hotel are simply perfect. The overall mood, tone, and landscape create a welcoming and friendly environment. The staff is well-trained and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the food is incredibly delicious. It's the perfect place to escape from the city and recharge your soul.

The stay and the vibes were amazing! So relaxing. The cute little amenities in the room are cool and awesome to environment. The staff are friendly, polite, well trained and nice overall. However, maybe due to new year period….the service was very slow. The restaurant however…..next time I stay I will not set foot in there. I want to love it so much but I feel bad every time.

Great for a quick 3D/2N get away. Amazing concept, classy yet affordable, and most importantly, excellent service. Although the location is a little out of the way from town centre, I could get rides from Grab and Bolt with no major issues. The hotel even helped me arrange for a ride when I was stranded at a remote place while I was there, and I'm super duper thankful for it. They have staff who can communicate in basic English, which makes interaction easier.

Perfect place for stay/workation. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is tidy, clean, and minimalistic. Love the concept of brewing your own coffee and tea of the in-room minibar. 100% recommended for a quick urban retreat.🤍🤍🤍

It's an eco hotel with good environment and less disposable items provided to protect our mother earth. Toothbrush is available upon request. Love the toothpaste tablet provided. Dried flowers and lemongrass are provided at the coffee bar. Delicious. The occupancy now is low, being informed there will be no buffet breakfast and it's replaced with seat meal which is totally fine. The room is quite spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. The bath robe provided are soft to skin. Love the pomelo scented bath gel and shampoo. Hand wash and lotion are provided too and they are all organic. The only drawback here is the location. Quite far to the nearest 7-11 and I failed to call grab at night when I am craving for some quick foods. The road condition is so bad and scary. Full with potholes and once rained, muddy puddles will form and even car can hardly drive thru it. Overall it's a good retreat hotel that can give you a short getaway from bustling city and all you need to do is relax.

After a more than 10 hour drive from Chiang Mai we wanted to relax in this hotel for a night before we continue our journey to Kho Samui. Since my girlfriend has a disease, we got an ADA certified service dog to detect upcoming health problems. We now, that it is quite difficult to find good pet friendly locations here so we took some time to do our research. Since we book via Agoda quite often, we were looking for a place there. We were looking for pet friendly hotels and found this very good looking place. After double-checking the homepage, where they indicate to „welcome all non-poisonous and we’ll behaved pets“ we booked this place. As we get here they said, that they do not allow pets in the rooms. After 1.5 hours of massive discussion with the management and also showing them their own homepage, they indicate: „Yes we will be pet friendly from June 2023“. So far only our garden is pet friendly. So where is the difference between now and in 2 months…. But fine. Then they showed us their pet policy indicating, that we now need to pay 1.500 Baht more. Again after discussing with the management we could reduce this to „only“ 1000 Bath. On other hotels in this price range we would get an excuse or a free dinner or at least not a bill about more money. After making it to the room we found a lot ants at the sink. The housekeeping took care of it, when we mentioned it. The room is very spacious, clean and we like the zero waste policy here. But after this start it is tough to enjoy the rest of the resort.

We just stayed a night at the hotel and found it very enjoyable. The facility itself is very new and clean, the staff were friendly and courteous. The location is on the water though is a little off the beaten track so wouldn't suggest it if you didn't have a car to get about. Cafe is great with a nice selection of beans. Breakfast was a little basic compared to some of the more expensive international hotels but was fresh and clean. Pet friendly also (although we didn't have our dogs with us on this trip).

Nice riverside hotel with relaxing atmosphere. Room and facilities were new and clean. The only downside is the condition of the road leading to the hotel - quite rough and bumpy.
