Tried out this super crowded place in Chinatown. The place is always packed during dinner time, but luckily today managed to get a spot. Tried out the stir fried prawn with chili paste, fried bass with garlic, & egg fried. Overall the taste is good. Also got the fresh OJ (which is a must) and chrysanthemum tea. Service is also very quick here. Overall costs 830฿.

A MUST VISIT! This is the place I always go to every time I’m in Bangkok. Whichever country I am in, this is the food I crave. That being said, this restaurant do have a special place in my heart. The food is spectacular! Every dish was full of flavor and rich in taste. The building may be quite old with occasional cockroach spotting, but the service is quick. The only dish I didn’t really come to like was the stir fry crab curry. The oysters weren’t that fresh on the day I went too. However, everything else tasted amazing. I recommend the blood clam salad and oyster omelet, a must order when you go there.

It's in Chinatown, easy to spot because they locate just around the corner. We came by recommendations, tried Tom yum, shrimp cooked with milk and so so. Food quality is OK, I mean if you are from a humid tropical country, then Thai food is kind of "home food" to you. I like shrimp in milk the most, they made it very nice with coconut milk. Grilled squid is so-so, not so fresh. I expected fried egg with crab the most, but frankly speaking it was nothing special, just like....fried egg 🥲. Okay, you can try. Another thing, the service is OK but most of staff do not speak English well.

T & K Seafood is a popular and affordable seafood restaurant in Chinatown, Bangkok. I went there with my wife and we had a great time enjoying the fresh and delicious dishes. The restaurant is located on the busy Yaowarat Road, and you can see the staff grilling the seafood on the street. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The seafood was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The sauces were spicy and flavorful, and complemented the seafood nicely. The restaurant also serves beer and soft drinks to quench your thirst. We paid about 600 baht per person, which was very cheap for the quality and quantity of food we had. T & K Seafood is a must-try restaurant for seafood lovers who want to experience the authentic taste of Chinatown.

Review based on our visiting experience in 23 May 2023. The inside area is very cool, but small space. We got the outside seating area which is very crowded and hot. Lemon sauce fish is good. Fried fish is also good. The grilled prawn is not special, can be eaten but nothing else. The crab omelette is very good, recommended. The grilled batter squid is not recommended, the squid is very hard to bite. The Tom yum soup is recommended, the broth is very delicious. The crab in curry sauce is delicious too if you like curry.

If you love seafood and occasionally travel Bangkok, then you could not miss T & K seafood restaurant in China Town Bangkok. Frankly, you could ignore the price when you make order because the price is very low and affordable. I remember I ordered Tom Yum soup in downtown and its price was four times higher than that of I ordered in T & K. That's why you may know why I said you could fully enjoy the seafood and without the pressure of bill. The most importantly the seafood is fresh and offers small and large size. I love the oyster omelette and the Tom Yum soup so much there. Attached is the menu for your reference.

We walked pass this place by coincidence. Got there at the right time because the line started to build up after we ordered. Environment - outdoor seating (right next to moving pedestrians), there were people approach us to sell lottery ticket, DVD, lollies, etc. Service - just like street food with seating - can’t expect much service. Good - We ordered 2 egg crab but only served one, when they finally serve our second one after we reminded them, it’s a sad and barely any egg crab (for 400b). Very disappointed by this last crab. The shellfish were not grilled properly - half of them didn’t open. Bangkok serves fresh seafood, so for normal grill/steam dishes were just ordinary taste. Good seafood dipping sauce (green one), but I think most eatery make the same dipping sauce. Overall, I don’t recommend this place. Maybe just get variety of street food from Chinatown instead :)

Serve good seafood, food came over quite fast. Lots of local and tourists going over here to get their seafood fix. Curry crab meat is tasty. Fresh oysters is a must order. Fried rice not as flavorful on the plain side. Grill scallops with cheese taste juicy with hot pulled cheese. Overall good experience except need to wait if going on dinner or during weekends.

I've been going to T& K seafood in Chinatown for about 8 years. Their prawns are very delicious and the fish with lime & Thai chili is one of my favorites. The important part to remember when visiting this restaurant is to keep the proper mindset. It's normally quite busy with many foreigners and Thais lined up trying to get a table outside on the road to enjoy the Chinatown atmosphere. This can be frustrating for a lot of people due to the long wait and seemingly chaotic system. My pro tip is if you don't want to sit out on the street in the hot weather you can just go to their inside entrance that has three floors and air conditioning. Most of the time there's not even a wait to get inside because most tourists want to sit outside on the street to enjoy the atmosphere.

T & K was recommended by a friend, and I wasn't disappointed. Good menu selection, and fresh tasting seafood. Amazing my favorite was the oyster omelette. I've avoided oysters all my life, but the omelette was full of them and they were delicious. Place gets very busy, we turned up just before 6 and will sure be returning

I was introduced to this seafood restaurant by a colleague prior to covid. This time returning to bangkok, organized a dinner here with my new colleagues. Food was fresh and good as usual. Prices were very reasonable. The restaurant can be packed during the peak hours and therefore, it’s best to make reservation.

We came cos of the reviews. This was the 2nd seafood restaurant we ate in 2 consecutive days so we had a direct comparison. Food - taste wise is ok but portion is small. We ordered L size egg fried rice which is only enough for 2 pax. The fried prawns although looked big but more batter than meat. Crab was surprisingly good cos they fried it but not very fresh as the meat was stuck to the shell and they did not have the pick to let you scrape it off. Again, despite ordering the largest crab size, it was quite small. Atmosphere - not the most hygienic place tbh. Service - most of the staff don't understand English. Had to use Google translate to ask for stuff. And the weird thing is, they don't allow you to take the itemized receipt or even take a pic of it. The guy gave us a fresh receipt showing the total only.

We had our dinner at recommended place, T&K Seafood (green tee, 1st photo) and menu shown most of the food I want to eat. But well, since my friend is a small eater, we didn't ordered much food as we still want to try the shark fin and bird nest next store beside the Seafood restaurant. FYI, the place were really small, although there's 3 levels. 😅 We ordered one kangkong, baked scallop and tom yum goong. Additionally, I ordered myself a fresh oyster. Legit fresh and I love it! See it must order. The food were really good! Next time I shall try other food (saw 2 ladies ordering lobster to eat 😱).

We went here on a Monday night so luckily the place wasn't that crowded and we only had to wait for about 5 minutes to be seated. We ordered a shrimp in fish sauce, shrimp in spicy sauce, egg fried rice, a tom yum, 4 fresh oysters, and a stir fried crab in curry powder/sauce? We liked the shrimp in fish sauce better than the one in spicy sauce (partly thanks to it being less spicy than the latter). The stir fried crab was also good as well and paired quite well with the fried rice. The tomyum was definitely the highlight of the meal due to how rich the broth was. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they tried their best to communicate with us with little English they had. The only downside I could think of was how small the space was, and the fact that we had to order a separated ice bucket for our drinks (as opposed to Vietnam where it's free), but it was only 10 thb so it was alright. Our bill came out at 1,740thb, which was a surprise as we thought we must have eaten a 2,500thb-and-up amount of food. For the price and its central location in Chinatown there isn't much to dislike about the place.

The food here is delicious! We ordered morning glory, blood clams, fried sea bass, Tom yum soup and fried rice. Every dish was amazing. The restaurant was busy but the service was very fast and the prices are very reasonable. There was a huge thunderstorm while we ate and the staff were quick to put up covers and try to keep everyone dry. A very authentic China town experience.

Best seafood I’ve had in a long time. If you want good food with out the hassle come here. We ordered the curried prawns and flavours were amazing seafood was fresh for a city and very affordable on pricing. They are running a big operation here and very organised all floor stuff have radios and communicate throughout. No other restaurants compared against them.

My friends recommended us to eat seafood here in China town. This is a famous one, very busy when we get here. They served food quite very fast, the staffs are nice. Not a fancy restaurant, more than a street food store. We ordered 7 for a group of 4 people, reasonable price. The food tasted quite good, but the last 3 dishes were salty. The other group also ordered 8 dishes but all tasted good.

This is the place to go for seafood. We had dinner here on our first night in Bangkok and it was one of the best decisions of our trip. The food is fresh, tastes amazing, portions are substantial. The atmosphere is quite busy as not only that the restaurant is in the heart of Chinatown, but they also put their tables on the street in the evening. On top of that we went during Chinese New Year which was extra busy and even more special. We had a great time there. I even added some fried insects to my rice for the full experience (I know, ew, Corona and all). Anyways, if you go at a busy time, be incertive and take a table as soon as you see a free one, as it's always packed.

I'm really glad we came here. Everything we ordered was delicious, the real stand-outs were the Tom Yum soup with huge pieces of seafood in it and the stir-fried crab with curry. We arrived around 4 pm and it wasn't busy, the real busy periods are from 7 pm to 9 pm. Service was quick and cheerful.

The grilled prawns tasted very fresh and were our favorite! The crab fried rice was good, but a little dry and had too many shell pieces in it for me. Outdoor seating is a little hectic, but it’s a fun experience. Would go again and recommend.

Not out of the world, but a well deserved 4 star rating. Good taste and fresh ingredients, went there twice over the week

Love every dishes we tried ! Very good value for the amount spent. Totally happy and will definitely be back! The real vibe of "street food" with tables and chairs right next to the road. Fast service though it was quite full

Standing in the chaotic streets of Chinatown this street food joint is as tasty as it gets! Large selection on the menu, including several fresh/grilled seafood options with fair prices. For us the star of the night was definitely the Tom Yum Soup with seafood! Rich in flavour, spicy and with a good amount of big shrimps and other delicacies.

One of my must-eat places when in Bkk. Reasonably priced for reasonable portions. Was there around 5pm to beat the crowd. Food still taste as good as I last remembered it. Strongly recommend the crab vermicelli and steam squid. Please bring along cash as they do not accept credit card.

Passed by many times , always full of customers. Joining the Nine Emperor Gods Festival nearby and decided to give it a try. It turned to an disappointing experience. The vegetable was hard to chew , the soup was too acidic ,oyster omelet was okay but not special. Coconut, as one of the common and normal beverages in bkk, tasteless. There are many good restaurants can visit , I won’t recommend this one to friends.

It's a bit too dirty for my liking. Walking up the stairs it's a big mess all around. Food wise : The clams were good. The crab omlette and Scallops okay, no flavour, just liquid ( sad, cos expected much more ) . Service was good and they were nice. There was a small cockroach that was walking up the wall near the table and that was our cue to leave. Hygiene - could be better.

One of my best food experiences. Ignore the fact that it is right on the bustling roadside, of a busy street in Chinatown, I picked it because of the throng of people waiting to eat there. Found a table with other tourists and ordered the fish dish. It was excellently prepared, tasty and worth every penny, given that food is quite cheap in Thailand. Paired with rice and some pork, let's just say my night was made.

👍👍 Really enjoyed the rolled noodles with crispy pork. First time trying this kind of noodle and I really like it. Never seen these before too. The pork skin was super crispy and the pork was tender.
