Very good hard rock cafe location. The food was good, and the best was the service. I never had to wait long, the server was very attentive, i was asked for drinks and dessert. One of the better hard rock experience i had. The stay of the cafe is different than most bit the music was actually rock. Totally recommend it!

Great location, dinner and drinks with a Seaview from the terrace. Our server was brilliant even though the place was busy we never waited long for our food or cocktails. Definitely worth a visit although I'd recommend booking in advance as there is live entertainment most nights which is draws in a crowd.

Beautiful designer Hard Rock Cafe and shop, high quality standards of the customer service and food quality of enormous variety and excellent experience. Nice terrace with tables with the sea front views.

Outstanding dinner! Gonzalo, our waiter, was incredibly friendly!! Also Gladys, the manager, took the time to visit our table personally, she was very professional. The nachos, wings and burgers were all delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and cocktails. The service was good and our food and drinks came fast but when we wanted another drink and to get the bill, us and a few tables around us were waiting a while. However the servers were lovely and I would highly recommend a visit!

Staff were fantastic with the kids. They were a bit grumpy after few hours on the beach and the waitress did amazing to settle them and make them laugh! Atmosphere and surroundings pretty much what you'd expect. Good music and screens to watch classic rock tunes. Had a pint of estrella and it was 🤤 so smooth and cold. Amazing! Food was delicious and burgers cooked really well. Kids loved the guitar shaped plates 🤘🏻🎸

Attached is a photo of the QR code for the menu. It was not the usual hard rock experience. Totally different setting, crammed together. Drinks didn't come at the same time. The waiter could barely speak English so had taken our order wrong, so we ended up getting something else and also having to pay more. Specifically asked for a well done burger for a pregnant woman, it came mostly raw. This one was exchanged but by the time it was ready, the others had already finished the main course. It looked amateurish and chaotic. Plus: the food was tasty and the hostess was very nice.

Cold hamburger. Cold fresh fries. Worst hard rock cafe ever visit Ps. Now 35 minutes to wait for cleaning the table Manager. Now I understand why it is so bad. Not even a sorry But but. After 5 minutes he understood the bad situation and the meal was for free. Lucky he understood it

We loved our visit to the Hard Rock Cafe! The food was delicious and our waiter Rene couldn't have been more helpful! The atmosphere was great and the queen tribute band was fantastic! All round a great night and great food! 😁 Definitely worth a visit!

Great Hard Rock Cafe, is more of a beach cafe than a traditional feel to others in the chain. I’m American and the Legendary Burger was the best I’ve had in a long time. Big portions too. Would definitely make my way back.

An excellent Hard Rock Cafe. We went for lunch while in Gran Canaria on holiday - our hotel was just a short walk away! Youssef was great and even sorted us out some extra fans for our table as we were very clearly not surviving the heat! Burgers are delicious - can highly recommend the BBQ Bacon Burger. Drinks are also very nice - Cookies and Cream Milkshake (with Vanilla Vodka) was my favourite. Only downside was that it seemed that during our visit the music went from classic Hard Rock Cafe music to a selection of pop music. Was a strange choice and didn’t fit with the Hard Rock Cafe brand. The music also seemed to stop, start and change as the person who put it on went to use his own headphones only to realise that it then stopped the Spotify playback on the speaker system. Overall a great experience and would encourage anyone to visit during their stay in Gran Canaria.

Love all, but definitely not serving all. We went to the hard rock cafe last night to celebrate my birthday. We arrived at 22:00 and ordered some nice cocktails, finger food and some burgers. Food was ready at 22:35. All of a sudden the bill is brought to us at 23:00 and we are asked to leave the building while my girlfriend didn’t even finish her 19,95 euro sangria. This is very misleading, as both your website and google info page state opening hours till midnight. Worst hard rock cafe experience I ever had. Thanks for ruining my bday diner night, I’m truly very disappointed. It was clear that the staff wanted to go home and didn’t care at all about our customer satisfaction. What makes it even worse is that we bought 2 tshirts worth over 60 euros while our food was being prepared.. None of the staff in the shop warned us that the restaurant was about to close… The least you could do is refund us the dinner we were not allowed to finish.. *** UPDATE*** After emailing the management, our meal was reimbursed. I was looking forward to visiting and exploring the Hard Rock Cafe in Gran Canaria after visiting so many of them in a variety of countries. Service and food were on par and excellent, the quality you would expect from the franchise. However the interior of the cafe in Gran Canaria really let me down as was no where near the places I have visited in other countries as was lacking ambiance, atmosphere and character. Not the interior you would expect from any “rock” cafe…

This was tricky. The ratings are evenly spread between good and terrible. We decided to take a chance and dropped by at around 7:30. The food was exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was served quite quickly. The music was at a good level without it being intrusive (although it was still quite early in the evening). I got my traditional tea shirt in my size and so all in all I was more than happy. So there you have it! Hard Rock is still the place to visit if it's in town.

Absolutely LOVED this place. Had a choice of sitting on a terrace or inside the restaurant (with AC). The staff were super friendly and with a big smile on their face. The best customer service in Gran Canaria! Food was also great, and the drinks even better (especially Passion Fruit Mai Tai - one of the best cocktails I have ever had). I would 110% recommend this place if you are looking for a great customer service and want to treat yourself to some nice food.

I had the twisted Mac and cheese and it was a little spicy but it was nice, just was not expecting the spice. My partner for a mushroom burger (sorry can't remember the name) also The waitress, I'm sorry I did not get her name. She was so nice and accommodating, she has such a friendly, bubbly attitude. The views were also very nice, we sat outside and were able to see people from parachutes. I also got a delicious sangria and would recommend a visit

Really nice location. Typical HRC food. We orered a steak in medium. It comes totaly bleu. But we don't have to pay it. That was fair!!! Rips are amazing!

Atmosphere wasn't much to rave about, food was actually not so good, which is a shame, memorabilia isn't the best. I don't like the fact you can smoke outside on the balcony, I know it's a Spain thing but it's off putting. Price is a bit high.

Fantastic fun restaurant, fabulous food and very friendly staff. Live music at weekends, really good. Highly recommend the ribs

We ate here on a calm evening. Ordered the nachos for the 4 of us. As always nachos are a recommended item for a starter! As the main their delicious baby back ribs. The ribs will never dissapoint me everytime i visit a hardrock cafe

The service we received was amazing! Waiter named Gonzalo was so helpful and so kind. Always checking everything was alright and was so friendly. 5 Stars to him! The food was brilliant, so delicious and so filling. On the expensive side however definitely worth the food and experience. Also located right by the beach so perfect for lunch / dinner with a trip to the beach!

Some food awesome, some taste just like sauces, no meat taste comes through. Pricey but would expect worse here, so happy overall with the food. Merchandise sadly overpriced, I am sure it's a good advertising if more people want to wear it. Will come back. Staff was nice even though they probably thought we are tourists.

Food was really delicious, the servers also really kind and fast. Compliments to the people who were working on Saturday night. Till 21.15 we only heard house music from the bar downstairs, while we were at the Hard Rock Café. Rock music volume was way to low compared to the restaurant downstairs. Couldn't hear the rock music for 1,5 hours at least. The Beatles tribute band + the people working made the evening overall really good, thanks! Highly would recommend eating here inside when there is live music!

Update: 2 weeks ago I filled customer survey, that said I get a coupon shortly. I mailed customer care about that, and they said they forwarded the issue to somebody else. Nothing since then. There went the last star. Left feeling bad. Not so good experience as couple other Hard Rock Cafes in other countries. Got table after couple employees, and waiting couple minutes (there were several available indoors, but music being loud some wanted to change outdoors). Floor was sticky, probably old drinks there. Orders taken ok, got drinks and after some time food too. Before even eating, shift or some like that manager came asking is the food okay. While she was waiting, father tried to cut beef, so does not feel very tender (not sure about the correct word, but expecting well cooked, soft and almost melting in the mouth meat). She said/asked it is good, like what was ordered, well done. It seemed okay, and I thought it would be, feeling pressurized, saying it seems okay. She said to contact if there is anything... My sliders were okay. But father tried to eat the beef, it being hard to cut, and on other side it did not even look well done (inner being different color, lighting of the place being too neon, colors of the photo being odd, but I think unequal color of the inner beef still noticeable). Said to the waiter, and he asked the manager, that said nothing can be done, because problems should be seen at the first cut, and now it was partly eaten and cold, kitchen can make mistakes, but those should be noticed at the first cut. I and we rarely visit this kind of places, so cannot really tell well just by looking is the food really good or not, but when paying double/triple what normally when eating out, expecting the food to be better, or good at least nevertheless. I cannot tell by names, how meat is prepared or done, but expecting the chef knows how to make it good nevertheless. Maybe we (father) took wrong type of food from the menu, maybe that cannot be made melting in the mouth, but father said some cooks can make even worse pieces more juicier. And still remembering how good foods were in other Hard Rock Cafes. Now I just wanted to pay and leave, father was amazed how that piece was even so expensive, 29 € (I knew the prize from the menu, no surprise on that, just what you get with that).

We booked dinner for the Queen tribute night and had a fantastic night . We shared the chicken strips with blue cheese sauce for starter and had a burger for our main. Both of these tasted incredible and a very generous portion. Gonzalo our waiter deserves special recognition, fast, friendly service and whilst the Queen act were playing, would stick his thumb up to me to see if we needed more drinks. The Queen act were really good and had everyone dancing and singing along which made for a really good atmosphere. Would 100% recommend especially on a tribute night

This wasn't like other hard rock cafes we have been to, seemed very much like a lesser version. Service was too slow when you have paid over 100euros for burgers and chips for two adults and two kids. There wasn't much memorabilia or 'vibe' to the place. Nachos and burgers were nice but then there is a macdonalds just across the road if you just want a half decent burger. The cocktails were nice but overpriced and by the time we were asked if we wanted another drink we didn't really fancy anymore.

Nice location with inside and outside seating. Delicious burger and fries plus friendly and attentive stuff (Sunday 21.08.2022 at 21h). However, some of the waiters were hitting on female guests, one even grabbed a chair and sat down at a table of two girls (aged around 20) next to mine although they did not send any signals that they wanted such a "personal treatment". Very soon he was loudly asked by a female colleague to take care of other guests. But that wasn't enough, when he eventually brought the bill, he recommended a specific club to them and pulled kind of a VIP wrist band out of his pocket and offered them "a ride after my shift if you trust me". We left at the same time and I asked them outside what they were thinking about it and they found it annoying and strange.

I went with friends to the Selena tribute and it was so much fun. The best that Hard Rock can boast of is its customer service. It was really good. Guisy waited on us. She was really very, very charming to us and made our experience great. The food is nothing to write home about, the food is average with a lot of marketing. But I give them an 8 out of 10 for the experience and customer service.

Very friendly staff. Overall, great food. However the steak was a little bit to well done (I asked for a medium one).

Been here two times, mainly for the live bands. They were awesome! First time we also had dinner. Strange side dish, nachos with a dip. Sorry, that was gross. And don't charge it, that was super weird. At dinner my burger was cold. My mom's salmon was delicious. When she finished I got my second burger, the waiter that helped us that night was very kind. We decided not to eat in for the second time (hello money loss). A bartender spilled some water on me because we sat next to the bar, she offered us a cocktail straight away. I live close to the Hard Rock Café in Amsterdam and been to many in the rest of Europe. This place could definitely improve on some things, which is fine. They haven't been around for so long. I'm definitely coming back for the live music. Everything else was more like 2 stars worth, but with some experience and improvals this could be the next best thing! Keep it up staff and management! Worst burger i've ever had in a Hard Rock Cafe. Burger looked good but tasted like water. The meat tasted like water, i think the burger meat was frozen and they defrosted it just before grilling. Due to the water in the meat, The bottom of the bun was soaked. There was not much sauce on the burger. Fries were good. I don't think i'll be going back to this Hard Rock Cafe...

UPDATE 20/11/2021 - yesterday's QUEEN show did not take place but was replaced for a mediocre rock singer. At least inform the client on arrival, who reserved for the show and not tell them they have no right to be upset since they didn't buy tickets for a concert but dinner with music.

Great experience MJ show. Big portion of food: good value for money. Dessert is excellent.

We went to the Hard Rock Cafè Gran Canaria on the 2nd October. Firstly I was met downstairs by a member of staff who assist us to the lift due to I have mobility issues, Thank you. We sat in the room where there was going to be live music. We had Chicken Sandwich with all the trimmings!!! The music started and wow it was amazing…. Well done to everyone!!!!

Fantastic experience. I've never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before, didn't really know what to expect! The staff where knowledgeable from the get go about what menu items where gluten free. We made our reservation with Lilia off the back of being shown the menu items I could have with my intolerance. They were able to do any burger as they had gluten free buns (the best gluten free bun I've had since this allergy!!!). Our server, Ester, was actually gluten intolerant herself which meant she knew EXACTLY what could be done and what couldn't! She was so lovely and very helpful! The night we went, there was a Queen tribute band playing. It was surreal as I've never watched a band while eating food so I thought it might be a bit weird, but it was actually great!! The band were amazing, we really enjoyed them and we really enjoyed our burgers. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is struggling to find gluten free food in Maspalomas as they make it so easy for you.
