I love Body Temp Yoga! I have being going here for a few months now and have tried all the instructors. Each instructor here has a unique approach and I feel like I learn something new in every class. The instructors truly care about people and the practice of yoga. This is my one hour of self-care. I cannot recommend the class enough!

Hottest yoga studio in SF, literally! Way hotter va core power, definitely a great detox for the body, mind and spirit. Chadd, the owner is super friendly and helpful, he’ll let you sneak in even if you’re a few minutes late. Much appreciated esp with traffic and parking In the Marina!

This has been my yoga studio for almost 3 years now. I love it! I do the early am 75 and 90 min hot yoga, (bikram style) classes. Good teachers, clean and modern studio. You can go at your own pace... I've noticed so many positive changes to my body and mind. Highly recommend!

BEST yoga studio in the Marina! Rikk & Alexadra are my amazing 60 minute E-Kram instructors 3-4 times a week however I look forward to every Sunday alinement, better than rolling class. This is a MUST, for everyBodies alignment❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Never to young to practice, Never to old to start! Thank You Chadd, Rikk & Alexadra for helping me with my unpredictable invisible MS illness, of 19 years. I’m especially grateful this beautiful studio encourages my son, now 22 with his practice, when home from college..#🙏🏻 Thank you BodyTempYoga for an amazing, inspiring community. Yvette Pasco

I took a Candlelight Yin Yoga class, and it was so nice and relaxing! It was my first time ever doing yin yoga. When I told Kristine it was my first time Kristine was so kind and helped me get set up with all the props. Kristine's voice was so sweet and soothing. I like that the music was chill but also upbeat so it wasn't too too mellow. The room was heated a little just so that it was comfy and the "candlelight" (with fake plastic candles) was very nice and soothing. The one thing is that Kristine's instructions went a tad fast for me to really keep up since I'm a beginner and not used to moving my body around in this way. Krstine did give a lot of verbal instructions guiding us to explain each thing and that was nice though. I also appreciate that modifications were given for the more difficult poses so you could choose depending on what would feel better for your body. I'm sure if I came to a second class I would be better at following!

Super friendly and professional place. If you ever tried core power Body Temp Yoga, I think you will like this place. It is clean, easy to find and located in a safe neighborhood. It is close to the cal train station (by walk max 10 mins), the studio is big. The instructors are amazing. Especially Body Temp Yoga is the best!

This place is terrific. Yes, parking is kind of a pain. And, yes, the guy next to you may have a sweating disorder. But, if you want to get your hot yoga on in a 1 hour (as opposed to a 1.5 hour) class, you must do it here!

I would highly recommend Body Temp Yoga if you're a yoga pro or if you're thinking of trying it for the first time. The instructors are welcoming and help you fine tune your practice. The studio is clean and has a great atmosphere.

I’ve attended classes with Allison, Alex (Alexandra), and Laura frequently and they are always amazing! The heat also adds a whole nother dimension. I always leave feeling so much stronger ~ both mentally and physically. Really appreciate all the instructors and this Body Temp Yoga community 🩵 I just wish there were HIIT classes offered in the afternoon(since I’m not really a morning person) or at least a bit later in the morning like 8 am ~ would absolutely attend them. Thank you for the incredible workouts & practice!

I've been coming to Body Temp for about a year and a half and it's by far the best yoga studio I have tried! I absolutely love the staff - they're super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome (learning your name etc). The studio is beautiful and feels clean and aromatic (you can't find this at most hot yoga studios). There are classes for all levels and they are all fun and super challenging too. My favorites are candlelight if you know you want a peaceful and productive evening or sculpt if you know you're the kind of person who will only work on toning and weight lifting in a group environment. The energy level in that class is awesome. Highly recommend!!

I would give Body Temp Yoga 6 stars if it was possible. This studio is super clean and there are no funky smells (which is the case with most Bikram or hot yoga studios in the city). The instructors are amazing (all of them) and it doesn't matter if your are just starting yoga or are a seasoned yogi, there are classes for everyone. Personally I love the infrared heating, the soft lighting and music and cool decor. I don't mind driving from West Portal to the Marina to take my Bikram 75 class, I think that Ruth is just about the coolest instructor there is so keep it up!

😠 Although the equipment in this gym allows you to "get the job done" and they do validated garage parking for $6, these are the ONLY positives I can highlight about this location. Any time I come to town, I grudgingly use this gym but I implore management and corporate to please please please start...
