Oh my goodness how, I’m so impressed with this place! The atmosphere there is so naturally chill, relaxed, calm and friendly. And it’s a very-very beautiful place both inside and outside. *Also best mint tea in the city!

Wonderful place, great energy, kind people, great offerings! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was being on the receiving end of a business policy with which I strongly disagree and hope will change. I was 10-15 min late to the 9am yoga class and wasn't able to get in the building. I waited outside for about 10-15 min and was about to leave when an employee walked by outside and noticed me and let me in. This was only half the battle and I also needed to get the attention of the people inside the yoga class via an open window to get in the next door. Once let in I was initially met with some friction, and was told that the doors lock 10 minutes after the start of yoga class out of respect for the teacher, and was told adamantly that that's the businesses policy. Now I certainly agree that students should make every effort to arrive on time. However, this is the real world in the SF Bay Area. People can be making a tremendous effort to get there, waking up at 7:30am, driving from 45 min away from the peninsula or Silicon Valley (as I did), people can get stuck in traffic, have trouble finding a parking spot. In my opinion turning such people away and leaving them locked outside for not arriving on time is cold and unfriendly, and not an approach that should be adopted by a healing center, whose goal is hopefully to spread love in the world. IMO doors should be open and customers/patrons should be welcomed with open arms. If certain people habitually arrive late each week, they can be talked to about it separately. I think this kind of balance and open mindedness is important in finding creative solutions to problems. Solutions that are uncreative and inflexible are usually rooted in some kind of fear, and should be what any kind of healing or spiritual center worth its salt should seek to transcend. I hope that in the future the policies of this center will be kind, accepting, and welcoming to all members, regardless of some occasionally poor punctuality ;)

Super calm area to grind or just hang. I noticed the deep community aspect when I went which is welcoming! There were also yoga classes going on when I went. Got a Shakti chai tea which was super good! Love the additions in there. Overall, an interesting and calm place to go

An absolute hidden gem. This is a very zen place to grab some amazing tea or a snack, join in on a yoga or Qigong/Thai Chi class, or just chill. Great space that is inviting, relaxing and centering (you see what I did there). Sometimes you get sim obnoxious zoomers who are on calls treating the space like their personal office and yelling, but most other guests are respectful. Will return here every time I am in town now that I have found it.

a refreshingly genuine experience. High proportion of good, authentic people. There are commercial aspects, but handled properly to preserve spiritual feel. I wish there was a better way to purchase items inside without digging for your phone or wallet- perhaps we can open a “tab” at the door or setup an account in advance?

This place is well decorated with a spiritual vibe. Plus the drinks are very good. I enjoyed the dirty/golden (sorry I forgot the exact name) latte while my friend got matcha latte. We both like our drinks. I like how the shop has the sitting places on the floor which gives a unique experience here.

Amazing yoga studio in San Francisco! I liked that they have kundalini yoga classes a lot in a week schedule! The cafe is amazing. Very spacious, cozy atmosphere, many yoga people are chilling on the couches! Our recommended studio in San Francisco! There were many types of Kundalini yoga. The cafe attached to the studio was wonderful, and many yogis were relaxing on the sofas.
