Peak Design makes excellent gear. They specialize in travel and photography gear such as tripods, backpacks, and travel accessories. This isn't a large store, but it's the only place you can interact with their equipment. The staff is awesome and will let you try out anything you want. They're super receptive to questions and encourage them. You're sure to find something that you didn't even know you wanted.

In love with their product! Staffs are excellent, we needed a water resistant backpack for traveling and the store manager helped us with choosing the perfect one. The whole store was really tidy and well decorated, we are super in love with their design. Great experience, will come back to shop again.

Great experience. Me and my partner are using their background, packing cubes, totes, travel totes and ect. For a while now and we are amazid with quality. They traveld internationally since we are from Europe. The suff is so friedndly and helpful qudos to store manager from Jamaica and the local store worker for this beautiful experience. Love peak design products. Especially the bag packs in different sizes and colors. Personally got the white one with a leather handle. The experience at the store was satisfying. The manager and the workers are friendly and give great service.

Not only does Peak Design have the best pro-level gear, but the staff are super knowledgeable and informative without putting the hard sell on you. I guess they know they have the best equipment at reasonable prices for what you get. If I/you don't buy it, someone else will, which keeps them from having to come on strong and appear desperate. Jonin, the Assistant Manager of the SF Mothership on Hayes, and his co-worker Sean are especially knowledgeable and courteous. What a pleasure!!!!
