This studio is amazingly spacious and hot (!!), but the instructor Anna @ 6:30am is truly the reason I keep showing up. Her class always makes me feel accomplished, & I literally trust her with my life in there. It’s challenging but there’s fabulous music to distract from the intensity of the workout!

Best hot yoga in the city! Despite offering the hottest classes in SF (yes, the hottest - I’ve tried them all), it’s also the cleanest studio in SF. They are meticulous about their cleaning procedures so you never feel gross (or like you’re stepping in other peoples gross sweat). So glad they finally opened up a location here.

I am so glad Yoga8 is here! The space is beautiful and very elegant inside. The staff is extremely nice and the classes have been wonderful. I highly recommend and so happy for the amazing location. There is a parking structure directly across the street and they have everything you would need for class if you forget.

This is a great studio! It's new! I love the flooring that is not like rugs that soak up sweat. It is some type of material that does better wicking the sweat away. Yoanna and Niah are really friendly! They provide stellar service checking in and giving a tour. I took great classes by Julia, John, Alexander, and Niah! I look forward to taking more classes at this studio. Looking at the first week pomo deal and planning to utilize the first week promo to extend a few more days. Ecstatic for health and wellness for me and the people I work with.

The teachers and staff are amazing! The place is clean and elegant! I love the amenities. My only recommendation is to please start the power and hot power fusion classes earlier, at 6/6:30 for those of us that have to get to work by 8. Thank you!!

I just finished my 1 week trial of this bramd new studio. It has good teachers and different class types. My favorites are the intense Sculpt and Yoga Barre classes. BYO yoga mat or it’s $5 for a yoga mat and mat towel rental. Also remember to bring a water bottle for during class, plus a clean change of clothes. You will definitely need to shower there afterwards!

I visited San Francisco over the last week and took the unlimited week experience in hot 8 yoga downtown. It was a very good experience, the place is neat and clean, and the teachers were super nice and professional. I've tried all kinds of hot yoga - Sculp with weights, Hot Power Fusion the wrist friendly,Yin classes (which were surprisingly hard) and Yoga Bare with no shoulder mercy, weights and some drills on the bar. My heart rate skyrocketed and gallons of sweat had to be wiped. It was great!! Thank you guys very much for a perfect week, i will miss you. Itanar

Xanadu! Was so blessed to spend mornings here. The whole experience is well done and thoughtful. The hot rooms are temp and humidity controlled, and ll fantastic (I did fusion classes). I sweat through my clothes entirely - which was my goal in hot yoga, but found great results in progressing my practice. The showers and locker rooms and cool eucalyptus towels all were spot on! Instructors and team were amazing, especially Lilly! I went each morning before work/conference. Such a better way to do work trips. Will be back!

When they say hot yoga, they mean hot yoga! If I'm recalling correctly, the classes at Hot 8 Yoga have been the hottest yoga classes I've been to SF. Classes: My first visit here was for a Yelp event, shortly followed by their 1 week deal. I've been to their Hot Power Fusion and Power Yoga classes. I'm a fan of both, but I prefer the Power classes, especially with Zander! They're challenging, but there's never any pressure to push yourself too hard and you're encouraged to take as many breaks as you need, or even leave the room. Since it's so hot, you definitely want to take care of yourself. Since I've been finding these classes challenging enough already, I've been hesitant to attend their Sculpt classes. (Separately from that though, I've heard good things about their Yin classes). One of the best things is the cold eucalyptus towel at the end of class - it's such a bummer when they run out on busy days! Staff: The staff and teachers have always been super nice when they greet you at the front desk. The teachers don't do the whole class with you, but they do lead you through some poses or sequences to demonstrate. I find this especially useful when the class is emptier and so there are fewer students to follow if they're doing something unfamiliar. Amenities: There are mats and towels for rent if needed. The locker rooms have plenty of lockers and I've never had an issue finding space. There are showers and some toiletries on site too if you want to freshen up after class. I'll definitely be going back for more as the yoga classes are an excellent complement to my other fitness classes (though I probably wouldn't want to do this as my sole exercise routine).

I just moved to SF and was excited to try and find a hot yoga studio, though not a great fan of Bikram - have enjoyed more fusion type hot yoga studios in other places. Googled and found out about Hot 8, and it has been amazing! Joined about a month ago, all of the staff are really friendly and mindful individuals. Each class has been such a great addition to time my day, week and overall wellness. I feel myself getting stronger, more flexible and with better cardio even just after a month. I also really loved they have a particular set of classes that are wrist/ wrist injury friendly, but still a great session and workout. Love hot yoga and glad that Hot 8 has got it down!

I used to live in the South Bay and had been waiting for this SF location to open! So happy to have this space to practice and rejuvenate. Amenities are clean, great instructors and the cold eucalyptus towels are such a treat.

The classes and community at Hot 8 Yoga is the absolute best! Something that makes this studio so special is there are so many different classes to take! If you love hot yoga, or just want to try something new, you have to try it out!

The facilities are top notch, and the instructors are very friendly. I come specifically for HPF and the super heated rooms. Wish there was a full 26+2 offered, and sometimes find that the classes change too much with different instructors

😠 Although the equipment in this gym allows you to "get the job done" and they do validated garage parking for $6, these are the ONLY positives I can highlight about this location. Any time I come to town, I grudgingly use this gym but I implore management and corporate to please please please start...
