I
trained
with
Scott
a
few
years
ago,
and
it
was
a
great
experience.
My
favorite
thing
about
training
with
Scott
was
his
ability
to
adapt
a
workout
plan
to
my
needs
and
goals.
Originally,
I
started
working
with
him
to
lose
some
weight,
but
as
I
progressed
I
found
that
I
actually
just
wanted
to
learn
to
lift
weights
properly.
Scott
was
able
to
change
up
our
workout
plan,
swap
out
some
of
the
cardio-oriented
exercises
for
big
compound
lifts
like
squats
and
deadlifts,
and
coach
me
through
how
to
do
them
properly
and
progress
in
weight.
To
this
day,
those
lifts
—
and
what
Scott
taught
me
—
are
the
most
important
part
of
my
workout
routine.
Training
with
Scott
is
also
fun
because
he’s
so
friendly,
encouraging,
and
easy
to
get
along
with.
He’ll
push
you
during
workouts,
but
you
won’t
feel
like
you’re
being
berated
by
some
drill
sergeant.
I
always
enjoyed
my
sessions
with
him.
