    Scott is an excellent trainer and also a great guy! He has his client’s success top of mind and I appreciate how he customizes each workout based on my longer term goals but also being mindful of my current limitations. Scott makes my workouts challenging and fun and brings in the right level of engagement bc he knows I respond best when laughter is part of the routine!

    I trained with Scott a few years ago, and it was a great experience. My favorite thing about training with Scott was his ability to adapt a workout plan to my needs and goals. Originally, I started working with him to lose some weight, but as I progressed I found that I actually just wanted to learn to lift weights properly. Scott was able to change up our workout plan, swap out some of the cardio-oriented exercises for big compound lifts like squats and deadlifts, and coach me through how to do them properly and progress in weight. To this day, those lifts — and what Scott taught me — are the most important part of my workout routine. Training with Scott is also fun because he’s so friendly, encouraging, and easy to get along with. He’ll push you during workouts, but you won’t feel like you’re being berated by some drill sergeant. I always enjoyed my sessions with him.

    I've been training with Scott for years. He is client focused and tailors a great workout for my individual fitness level that also pushes me to get the most out of the workout. He is flexible with his schedule and very professional. I unreservedly recommended Scott.

    Scott is a great trainer. I have been working out with Scott for the past few months and I really like his style. Scott keeps the sessions interesting by mixing the workouts and pushes me gently to finish the reps. I see a lot of improvement in my stamina since I started working with Scott. I highly recommend him!

    Choosing to work with Scott was the best decision I made for myself. Post-covid I had not worked out in awhile but Scott was able to meet me where I was at and I was impressed at the progress I saw week to week. He really mixes up our workout routines and keeps things fresh, my favorite is ending each session with boxing. I also appreciate that he gave me guidance on how to best maximize the time I spent away from him in my workouts. It was easy to lose those first five pounds which kept me motivated to keep things going. I highly recommend working out with Scott. He is personable and fun while motivating you to keep pushing your own limits!

    I've been training with Scott for a few months now and he's the best! He's really encouraging and makes fitness approachable. I initially reached out because I wanted to make sure I was exercising with proper form and gain more confidence with the basics, and Scott has definitely helped with that. I mainly went to group workout classes or used apps before, but the sessions with Scott are way more effective and personalized. I’ve seen more progress in these sessions than I have over the past year trying to follow programs on my own at home- especially in my upper body, core, and flexibility!! Scott is super knowledgeable about fitness whenever I have questions about the exercises. The workouts are engaging and never the same- I love that it’s a mix of using fun equipment like the "chuck norris" machine, bosu ball, and TRX bands and exercises you can do with no equipment anywhere. If you're looking for a trainer or wanted to try something new, highly recommend!

    I've been training with Scott for over 5 years now and he is the best! He's very conscious about what my current goals are at the moment, from trying to tone up, to getting me thorough pregnancy, and then rebuilding my strength postpartum. He keeps it fun and interesting - Scott mixes it up so no two days are the same and he's got great banter to keep me laughing even when I'm pushing hard on something. I highly recommend training with Scott!

    I’ve trained with many excellent trainers over the last 12 years, and Scott is far and above my favorite. He asked me what my goals were when we first met, and when I told him I was not interested in losing weight and simply wanted to work on building strength (and maybe doing a pull-up), he was all the way enthusiastically on board. He is incredibly encouraging, not just overall but while you’re doing every move — he counts off the repetitions, never leaves you hanging, and is with you every step of the way. He is a master at gradually increasing the difficulty of the exercises and keeping the workouts fun and interesting. I genuinely look forward to each and every session, and I feel incredibly privileged to have the opportunity to train with Scott. He also has excellent taste in music, will talk to you about trash reality television, and will discuss podcasts in detail. He knows what my favorite exercises are and sometimes creates a “greatest hits” day during which I get to do all the things I love with one hard thing I don’t love at the beginning. What I love most of all is that he is excellent at increasing difficulty without causing injury or over sore muscles. I’ve had trainers in the past that have left me feeling so overworked that I have feared coming back, and that has never happened with Scott (although I am measurable stronger and more flexible than when I first started working with him). Honestly, the man is a treasure and truly one of a kind. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
