Loved this bar when it was open before COVID, hope they come back soon. Would love to see a parklet pop-up here to expand their space!

I like this place. It may not allow smoking anymore like it did back in the not so far back as to be bambi it it is a good bar. Locals, Irish, hot usf chicks and random oddballs with cameras and almost boratesque style (ok ignore that last bit. Hot chicks true. Rest is getting too weird for print) Bartenders here are not to be trifled with. Respect and tip well and there will be peace as well as booze =) cya soon!

Annie runs the bar most of the time. She is just hilarious. Kind of racist, but in a friendly kind of way. I live across the street and there didn't seem to be a pattern of when they are open. I asked her one time when they are open and she said in a very thick Irish accent, "Whenever the hell I feel like it!" When she pours a liquor drink, you only need one. I took my Valentine's day date there last year and he was talking and I had to silence him and point to the drink so he could see what was happening. He was confused until he looked, then he saw what I saw... 7/8 of the glass was gin and the other 1/8 was tonic. The gin was Bombay Sapphire and it was a whole five dollars. One time I was in there and I asked if she took checks and she said, "No darling I haven't taken checks since 1976" and I said "Well why do you have a sign that states the penalty for returned checks?" and she laughed and said she should take it down. I asked for it (much to my roommates dismay). I still have it. Another time my roommate and I were in there and we ended up playing pool with her and another customer. She heckled him the whole time. You just can't get experiences like this in a cookie cutter bar.

Best Irish pub there is! Cool and friendly people. Annie is just so fun to be around. I came here for the amazing drink and people and this place didn't disappoint plus the pool tables and jukebox sure get the vibes going.

Favorite Inner Richmond neighborhood bar, which is a dive bar with no frills and pool tables. It is cash only, and there is a AT&M if needed. Owner is awesome, and the patrons aka the locals are friendly.

Your typically local dive bar with all the accompaniments: alternately friendly/grumpy customers, sassy, salty, but ultimately friendly service. Plenty of TV's surround the pool table while bottle beers and shots fulfill your thirst requirements. Local four legged friends are known to frequent the bar for drinks and treats with their owners in tow.

Favorite neighborhood bar. Annie is the best, the people are amazing, and there is a true sense of community here. Great place for a beer, a game of pool, and good conversation.

I've never had a more pleasant experience for my first time in a neighborhood bar. Annie and Bobby are just great and so are the regulars I talked with. It’s a little out of my way on the trip home from work, but I’ll be returning soon.

Found this little gem while visiting San Fran last week. Cannot give Annie and her bar enough praise. Long live the neighborhood bar!

Nice neighborhood place. Great music (sound track from the Commitments). But no beer on tap.

Precious and little known neighborhood bar. Irish name but only 1 Irish beer on draft (a cider). Cash only.
