Right now my cousin been here for a month now and knowing that there's nurses just drugging even the doctors I don't think they care for the patient health or have a heart. I was born in this hospital 1979 and I had my two beautiful daughters but everything changed like stuff. But my concern is my cousin health I feel like they are killing him with all type of drugs.

I will never go there again. My 1 year old had a bad coughing and after 3,5 hours of waiting they said that I shouldn't worry and come back if it doesn't change. Not even a medicine from stopping him to cough and wake up in the night. Then they gave me the bill of $300.

During this Hurricane Harvey, my Grandmother has been dying and was evacuated to St Lukes. The administration has lied to me over the phone, tried to kick my Mother out while she wait's for her mother to die, denied access to showers, food and more during this time of crisis. There are so many great stories of people banding together during this storm. This is not one of them. The administrators there are terrible people. Unreal. It's like some scene from a movie that just wont stop. Many of the nurses have been stellar. The admin, horrific.

I was admitted from emergency room and had been told to get operation done. From time of my entry till day of release, I found them extremely rude, racist and in human. Please if you are person of color like me, don’t even think about going there. I was almost killed by their ignorant nursing staff and hospitalist. Medical doctors or hospitals are the WORSE I have ever seen from New York to the west coast.

There are some good doctors and nurses here, however this hospital is all about their policies above outcomes. There are much better choices for your care available here in the City named for Saint Francis.

My sister was brought in an ambulance and still made to wait hours on a lot of pain. Other patients left because they were being ignored. A poor guy had a concussion the staff completely ignored him while he grabbed his head on pain. Horrible experience, there weren't even people to attend

The worst customer service!!!!!! The people who work there are the most unprofessional people the most irresponsible they do not care for customer service they are rude I don’t know how those people got hired to work in hospital!!! and to work in customer service I got a call 3 times to confirmed my appointment I say yes I was waiting for this appointment two months they canceled my appointment at the last minute left me a voicemail message say my appointment got cancelled My device do you think twice before using this hospital for your needs! to bad I can’t give them a zero star!

I Consider St. Luke's Hospital Is A Great Place.... I Was Born There Almost 21 Years Ago... It Has Great Services... And They Do What The Have To Do... I Haven't Been In San Francisco In 20 Years, I Hope One Day I Get To Visit My Hometown SF...

Worse hospital in San Francisco. They are careless nonchalant when they’re supposed to be caring for their patients. Don’t even waste your time coming here.

Honestly, I don't know why corporations give new $$ to the administrations of these hospitals. This is Sutter Health/Saint Lukes San Francisco taking liberties in the Apollonian surveillance age. See photos! I was monitored while being given a rectal exam. Welcome to Saint Lukes S.F. CA!
