Joining
Perform
for
Life
is
one
of
the
best
decisions
I’ve
made
without
a
doubt.
I’ve
been
training
here
for
almost
a
year
now,
in
both
the
1:1
(working
with
Zach,
which
has
been
awesome)
and
small
group
classes.
In
the
initial
meeting
and
assessment
I
was
able
to
identify
my
goals
and
where
I
wanted
to
improve,
and
then
we
designed
a
training
program
to
meet
those
needs.
Since
then
I’ve
been
able
to
progress
and
we’ve
adjusted
the
training
program
to
hit
new
and
different
fitness
goals,
alongside
working
on
nutrition
and
mobility.
The
classes
provide
a
great
environment
for
training,
with
the
other
members
supporting
each
other
and
pushing
one
another
to
do
their
best.
The
instructors
design
very
well
rounded
classes,
giving
you
a
great
workout
in
just
50
short
minutes
that
are
done
before
you
know
it.
Each
instructor
has
a
background
and
certification
in
training,
and
even
in
the
small
groups
you’re
able
to
get
form
coaching
and
exercise
modifications
to
meet
your
needs.
I
can’t
say
enough
about
how
much
I’ve
enjoyed
being
a
part
of
this
community
and
what
a
positive
impact
it
has
had
on
my
health
