Great Deals! Good Beer! Awesome Service (depends who's there) the gentleman who was there as we entered was amazing, friendly, polite, and fast when it came to ordering our drinks. Kept serving us w/ no complaints. I usually tip on my 2nd drink depending on the service. So when the female bartender came along and was serving us at the 2nd drink she asked us in an unpleasant tone if the service was good enough..We were a bit confused she left and we sat there with the most uncomfortable feeling. It's as if she wanted us to feel bad for not tipping her the minute she came on or something. Didn't like that to be honest.

Stopped by to check out the Counting Crows memorabilia displayed on the wall. Even the place wasn’t busy, we were not greeted nor acknowledged. Took a picture and left.

Best bar. Best bartender ever, Nate. This spot has the best pool players in the north beach each Tuesday night and really cheap drinks! Cute ladies and a good local vibe. I’m not religious but my afterlife envisions an eternity here in this space and place where we all laugh and love and everyone grins and everyone wins.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the International Sports Bar, a cash-only bar located in San Francisco. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with a great mix of vintage and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the drinks menu. International Sports Bar has a fantastic selection of beers, wines, and spirits. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of the drinks. The bar is also a great spot for sports fans, with multiple TV's showing all the latest games. They have a great variety of sports channels and it's a great spot to watch the game with friends. Overall, International Sports Bar is a great spot to visit for a casual night out with friends, to watch the game and enjoy some delicious drinks and bar food. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, the staff are friendly and attentive and the prices are very reasonable. Just keep in mind that it's a cash-only bar, so make sure to bring cash with you.

We google reviewed that there was international sports on TV. When asked the barman at the time if he had some NRL, he asked us where he could find it???? We said we have no idea, he replied well if you have no idea, how am I to know?? It's an international Bar FFS! He looked like he didn't want to be there.. Not our Problem! We had a few drinks and moved on.

Good bar to hangout and draft beers is only $3 during happy hour and happy hour is until 8:00 pm. Lot of different country flags and different currency on roof.

Ever heard the song: “Mr. Jones?” Adam Duritz of the Counting Crows wrote the famous song after seeing a Flemenco guitar show at this bar — called the “New Amsterdam” at the time. He was a nobody then. Duritz went with his friend, Marty Jones - i.e., Mr. Jones. It turns out the star of this show is/was Marty’s father. They incidentally saw a rock drummer at the bar and remarked to each other that they needed to become rock stars. Marty and Duritz played in a Number of bands together, but never Counting Crows. While I can’t recommend the city these days, I do recommend this place if you find yourself in San Fran.
