Dr. Maas is truly an artist. His attention to detail and the care I’ve received for two surgical procedures have been top notch. Through his precise work, I’ve achieved the look I’ve always wanted and I have more confidence in myself than ever before, and for that he gets five stars. Unfortunately, appointments are never on time or remotely close to on time. He runs 45 mins late even being the first patient of the day. I don’t know how anyone can run a practice starting the day off consistently behind schedule. Highly recommend his talent, but be prepared to wait for your appointment.

I had the most wonderful experience yesterday with Danielle my nurse injector. She graciously took the time to sit down with me before my treatment to discuss my goals and answers my questions. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or ignored, which is all so common in some medical practices. She really listened to me and I felt extremely comfortable with her. She was quick and SO gentle, which is important to me because I tend to get a bit anxious. She also explained what she was doing which is very helpful for me as well - I like knowing what’s going on! Platinum, world-class experience all around. Ali and Sydney are amazing as well. I can’t wait to go back!

I was referred by another practitioner who I have seen for years, but doesn’t have lasers. I needed some help with broken capillaries on my face and some other opinions on a challenging filler situation. The clinic is small but lush. Very clean and the staff are soo friendly. Knowledgeable and gave me quite a few options. I just had my first treatment so results pending, hence my 4 stars. I will definitely be returning for more assistance if I need it with the redness and other treatments.

I consulted with Dr. Maas regarding a second lip revision following a lip lift using a dermal graft 30 years ago, and an unsuccessful lip reduction/revision by another SF plastic surgeon which left my lips flat and uneven. He was very kind and spent significant time evaluating my situation and outlined a conservative approach to improving the appearance of my lips. He also did an excellent Botox injection to address my 11 lines and crows feet. I am returning in a month for a face and neck lift consultation (I am 59). He was honest that I likely would not receive a satisfactory result with Ultherapy. His staff were very nice and helpful as well.

Dr Anya Costeloe surgically repaired rips in my earlobes from earring use a few months ago and re-pierced them this week. Even with such a relatively minor procedure, she conducts it with extraordinary care, and is so attentive in her pre-op and follow up. She’s also provided facial skin care and I highly recommend her.

Started great with Dr. Maas himself, then the spa it went from great to not so great. The service wasn't the same I guess since it's pass the pandemic time the service has deteriorated starting from the reception team.

Dr Maas's team indicated by text that he was running 15-20 minutes late and he was right on time from there. Appreciate the heads up by the team and Dr Maas was efficient and friendly as always.

Dr. Maas always takes his time to throughly answer all my many questions. He is meticulous with his work and it shows. He did an amazing job with my procedure and I am loving the results. His after care is 5 star and I feel so comfortable knowing that he is taking care of me.

Today I had a long awaited appointment with Dr. Maas. Today he played the role of a General Practitioner. I came with a list of six aliments. We discussed each item and he took notes. My first priority is to reduce the bulk around my waist. We discussed how liposuction might be an option since for me exercise and cool sculpting hasn't been that effective. Afterwards an associate provided a list of referrals. She noted that I could have lipo - and minor cosmetic surgery (for one of the other aliments on the list) on the same day at the SF Rejuvenation Center. It's located just down stairs. (I've used this facility before and "I LIKE!!" ) Getting both surgeries on the same day would provide considerable savings and allow for me to recover on site. Eh. Several physicians use the Rejuvenation Center - not only Dr. Maas. This is a good reason - not commonly known - for having Dr. Maas as your physician. Today's appointment was useful. We discussed a lot of stuff.

I had a great first time getting laser hair removal. My nurse spent a long time discussing the procedure, post-care, and what to expect. While I waited for the numbing cream to fully work on my skin, one of the doctors came to speak with me and look over my skin which made me feel more confident that I was receiving quality care. Overall, it could not have been a more positive experience and I will be returning for my next treatment, when it is time!
