I was in North Beach and came across this nice store. They had cheaper prices than anyone else I found in San Francisco and Dorin (the owner) was super helpful. He gave me coupon books that saved me money all over the city. Definitely stopping here everytime I'm in the city!

All I have to say is wow! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Darin is amazing. He treats you as if you are his only client. He knows the ins and outs of all the tours in SF and can get you tickets to otherwise unattainable tours. For me, it was Alcatraz. I don’t think I’ve dealt with anyone more professional and honest. He was able to get my family tickets to Alcatraz and helped us save so much money. He was incredibly responsive and on top of the follow ups. If he said he would do something or call you at a certain time, he would. If you had a question, he was so organized and felt like he had all the information at his finger tips. I truly felt like I was his most important client. I will use him for all my SF tour needs going forward and I highly recommend him to others. Great guy, great company, honest and I’m really satisfied.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Darin is amazing. I had contacted him at the beginning of the month in order to purchase Alcatraz tickets that were seemingly "sold out". He told me that he would get back to me around this time, and when he did, he advised me that Alcatraz had released more tickets on their website. It takes a lot of character to look out for your customer and notify them of a cheaper option available in lieu of making a sale. Thank you Darin! I hope to work with you again in the future!

Darin was johnny on the spot. Returned my calls promptly and somehow made things happen. I thought there was no way we were going to get tickets for Alcatraz less than a day in advance. I contacted Darin and he made some calls abs found me tickets at a great price that also included a bay cruise which was also awesome. I had been to Alcatraz, but Darin helped my vacation become truly special as my girlfriend had always wanted to go and he made it happen for me. Very grateful.
