Billing will shock you. When you call in as a new patient, you are coded to pay out of pocket $356 even if you have in-network PPO insurance. This office did not disclose this "new patient fee" and on code review refused to change the code from a "general office visit" to preventative office visit, even though 2 other claims submitted for blood work in the same appointment was clearly preventative and coded as such. My visit was very suspect because I requested to see a doctor but an assistant was only available. I mentioned my recent concern about cold urticaria, unusual reaction to cold on my fingertips that I worried was related to a slew of related auto-immune issues that I am currently experiencing. The assistant said not to worry about it and to just wear gloves. Um, what? Was recommended to have a mammogram (I never asked for one); however, on site nothing like that was even available. Atrocious health care, avoid the billing fiascos, and find a different doctor's office. You'll regret going there otherwise!

These “medical providers” don’t care about patients needs and conditions. Nurse Practitioner Rasmussen should not be a licensed medecial professional as she does not care about patients needs. Someone should revoke her medical license. The manager of the outfit is rude and unprofessional and unwilling to listen to feedback or take criticism about her incompetent staff. DONT BE SEEN HERE. They are aweful!

The front desk staff are nice, but the service availability at this clinic is not reliable. They claim to be a walk-in clinic, but be prepared to over an hour before being seen if you happen to arrive when the tech is "out for a break" in the middle of the afternoon. Also, they claim to be open until 5pm, but don't bother showing up after 4pm or they're likely to turn you away because the "lab is already closed".

Rude staff at the front desk and the worst location for parking. I was exactly 3 minutes late because took me over 15mins to find parking and the bald guy at the front desk raises his eyebrow saying even 1 minute late we can’t take you. The doctor calls him right in front of me where is the patient and he says I had to cancel her. Now is this the good use of your doctor’s time sitting idle when she could see me. Sutter is not that world class of a health care facility that is worth dealing with waste of time and attitude for anyways. Learn fast and switch to another provider. I just did.

The bill was messed up. I scheduled a annual PE which is supposed to be 100% covered, but the doctor billed it as office visit and refused to correct her own mistake. And it just got passed to collection agency. Never come to this place again!

They couldn't even clean my ears and then told me to do it myself and then charged me $116. They used a plastic spray bottle, like you use to water plants. And to top it off, they referred me to a neuromuscular disorder group, and now to a neurosurgeon. It really is that strange.

The building is clean, inviting, modern, and easy to find. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and patient with people checking in. NP Kayla Rasmussen was kind, intelligent, direct, and efficient. I have faith that I will be receiving more than adequate medical care during my next appointments here.

Sutter health is a waste of your time. Don’t even bother. I ended up going to the wrong sutter location which led me to me being late. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and notified their calling service I would be, who put a note in the chart and didn’t suggest it would be a problem. When I got there, they said they could not take me because they have zero tolerance for late appointments for new patients. They claimed they had the wrong phone number down for me… a number I have never heard of. A bunch of excuses and they can just hide behind their calling service. Seems ridiculous they are totally unfit to take new patients and do not care at all about your needs as a patient (all I needed was a prescription refill). I wish I had looked at all the reviews before I wasted my time here.

More of the usual nonsense from this clinc that’s supposed to be convenient, but as many others mentioned don’t even bother if you are a few minutes late. I booked a transfer of care from a less convenient sutter office back to this location 3 months ago. (where I was originally a patient but my original physician left the company and they “couldn’t” assign me to another Dr bc of lack of space, they claimed) I commute to south bay for work so I drove back north with ample time for my appointment, unfortunately encountered some unforeseen traffic along the way which made me late. When I arrived 15 mins late they turned me away and forced me to rebook a 3 month in advance appointment for another day, despite commuting 40+ miles for it. Had enough of sutter altogether so will be moving to a higher quality Health Provider.

😠 This is the first time we’re denied medical services at an urgent care center. The front desk did not even want to hear us when we tried to explain what the symptoms of my sick fiancé were. They denied seeing him because he said he had a soar throat and stomach issues and said “they only check for j...

👍👍 For being an app, Circle Medical works wonderfully. There are of course limitations to it being an app - everything has to be done through the app, so if you're someone who gets frustrated by that, it isn't for you. That aside, as someone who has a unique health insurance situation, Circle Medical i...
