Very well kept park. It has a playground area for kids, see photos. Weekends have a $4 fee for non-residents of San Marino. There are two walk paths around the park, a tennis club, and a flower garden. Many of the trees and plants are labeled withere botanical name for visitors to exercise their neurons too.

Lovely botanical collections, clean environment, and most unforgettably, the Patton Memorial and the War Memorial. I am especially fond of the diverse rose plants in the Rose Garden! This is a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Lots of open space. Playground is in good shape. Swings are back up (I'm assuming they were removed for COVID-19.) Lots of shade and benches. Big open field, great for frisbees, kites, and other sports. Toilets and sinks work, and there is soap in the dispensers - all in good shape and fairly clean. Inner paved road for running, walking, or kids on bikes and scooters. Outer loop too, but I think only for walkers and runners. --- Be careful on the open grass fields, lots of uneven ground and a potential ankle sprain problem.

A perfect place to spend time with the kids. Very clean and everyone is friendly. No weird homeless encampments or people using drugs. The best park in the area.

👍👍 This place is incredible! I’m so blown away by the size of the Chinese garden and the details of the landscaping. This is probably the best Chinese garden I’ve visited outside of China. After showing my family in China these pictures, they all had thought I took a trip back to China! Needless to say...
