A truly outstanding hotel in in suberb condition. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent service from the amazing staff. The security guards, friendly room cleaners, front office personal, caféteria dudes, the restaurant staff and the hotel manager are very friendly. They'll make sure to keep you comfortable and satisfied, from check-in till check-out. I strongly recommend this hotel and I sincerely congratulate these people on the independence day of Turkey. We just entered in the hotel and staff has welcoming us with the hopeless services , Even they doesn't have a person who can carry our luggage upto our room as well as despite prior reservation they asked us to wait for a 5 minutes , Secondly when i asked about whether vegetarian food is available in restaurant or not and they given casual answer like you may ask to restaurant directly , Personally i will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Hopless staff and hopeless services

Manager has no idea how to deal with crowds. Gave me wrong key card mismatched room. No wifi signal in room. All extracurricular services were closed

Good value for money. Clean, large rooms. but location is bit away from the metro and bus.

Spacious room with a beautiful pool view. Had a lovely holiday and enjoyed most of it apart from an incident we came across at the restaurant. We ordered some food and noticed that the vegetable that came with the lamb tasted extremely fishy ! Called the waiter and explained issue. Upon investigation he came up with an apology by admitting the cook chef had used the fish knife to cut the vegetables! This is clearly a poor hygiene and no excuse for it but they thought an apology would sort the problem... Also, the male receptionist lacks in terms of customer service. Although I am a native Turkish speaker he was struggling to understand - resolve the problems raised with him. The only helpful individual was Mutlu and he wasn’t even a member of staff but a football trainer. Overall the hotel itself is well worth a visit.

Beautiful view, good service, the room are very big and has a great view the breakfast are limited but good. Over all good for relaxing

In the Asian part of Istanbul, friendly staff, the food is good only if there’re lot of people. Recommended for conferences and big groups. There’s a supermarket and a restaurant next to it with descent prices. I stayed for 5 days, the down part is: very far from the European part, the iron was available on the 3rd day of asking and you need to pay for it.

Big rooms and good price but the hotels need maintenance and mattresses must be changed

Good hotel in general, very good price, big spacy rooms with bath, pool, good prices for massages and sauna. To have 5 stars would be the better english and internet wich is poor and disconects time to time. Recommended hotel and the best one i have been in istambul for this price

Staff always helpful, kind, smiling. The location is quite central , inside Green Pine Forest , calm, clean, silent place , also 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were very friendly , the mattress was used in the Second World War , I think there are ghost live in the hotel .
