great hotel with friendly staff Did not expect so much from a city hotel in Istanbul but my experience with this hotel went beyond my expectations. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean but what makes the hotel a very good one is the friendly staff we met, especially the front desk manager mr.Senol, special thanks to him..will definetlly be back.

As per the hotel, it was a fabulous place to stay. However, the disappointment came when my Apple Airpods went missing. Despite all the evidence I had provided, the manager was super rude, unwilling to talk to his staff or engage in a direct conversation with me. He has just lost a customer. UPDATE: in the Find My app on my iPhone, an AirPods name popped up and it was the room cleaner’s name EZIZ whom I had initially suspected back in 2019. He is a thief and should be immediately fired.

Never book this hotel!! I had some troubles on my way to Istanbul by car from europe. So I was late and then called them and told them about the situation. They woudn't give me a another day, but offered me some kind of discount if I will choose them another day. They just took the money from the card. SO RUDE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! what is that kind of service? They could at least say that they would like to offer me a another day. 0 stars. Hope you guys enjoyed the small amount of money.. take it with u to the grave

Hotel location is poor but it's not far from the motorway or public transport. Sea side is a maximum of 10 mins drive from the hotel. Nice clean rooms and staff very helpful.

Very good hotel. Large room, large bathrom. Verry clean, and polite hotel stuff. Metro station near the hotel.

Wonderful place to stay in transit or even when you want to visit Istanbul. Very clean, perfect maintained, the staff very friendly and the position close to one Metro station make this hotel a 5 star pit stop, despite it's 4star classification. Being in Asian part of this huge city, the place it is not so crowded like one in European part, where finding a parking place can be the challenge of your journey/year/life. Overall, only good words about this hotel.

Really nice hotel to stay for a night or a few and excellent for its cost. Good continental breakfast despite the corona. Close to huzurevi metro station so that you can get to any part of the city by public transport.

I will definitely say 9 out of 10.. It was one if the best places I stayed in for more than a week with my wife. The receptionist with helpful. and The cleaner was pro and nice as well.

Clean. Cheap. Spacious. Nice staff. Best to stay on a budget.
