The ring is too sharp hurts my baby, and when i bought it i was pregnant and when i turned back to ask if they can make it smaller they asked for 400 tl unbelievable 😒

Since the baguette ring we bought 9 months ago was warped, we took it to Zen because it had a warranty, but they asked for an additional payment of 1500 lira. As a woman, what could I have done to warp the ring? It is said to be user error. Poor quality product, I will never buy anything from Zen, I do not recommend it to anyone, they do not stand behind the product they sell.
