A dead place with a lousy ambience and facilities. More like a hospital with no hospitality. The staff is highly ill trained and lack basic courtesy and hospitality. The room shower door was broken, the telephone didn't work. Attached picture is reflecting the standard of cleaning, the wasted tray kept lying in the corridor for the whole two days. Nobody bothered to pick it. An absolutely lousy experience, won't recommend it to any guests

Event hough I stayed just one night, liked the room and the breakfast. The coffee was great. The room phone didn't work, but no problem for a night :) The location is far away from busses, and the taxis are super expensive.

I’m regular customer with radisson blu group for years and this is the first time that I’m staying for 9 nights in park inn atasahier with excellent accommodations and reception personnel services. First of all I would like to thank Mr. Cahit for his dedication, support, and resolving issues. He is customer oriented and always satisfying the customers. There is an issue with house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are cleaned daily. The pillows and mattresses are over used and need to be replaced with new one. I checked out the hotel for couples of days and will come back again because of Mr. Cahit fixed all issues and made my stay comfortable.

Nice hotel about 15 minutes from the airport. It says they have a shuttle but you need to pay for this, it is not complimentary. The hotel is new and modern decorated. The grounds are pretty with surrounding trees and a pool (not a heated pool). The rooms are clean and basic, nothing exciting. The hotel restaurant is actually very good. Their burger is fresh and Turkish tea very good. There is not much in the area to walk around. We noticed one breakfast restaurant but did not try it. Also a mosque 3 minutes walk.

Rooms were amazing and bed was so comfortable. Service wise it was perfect, breakfast had a huge selection and the staff were friendly and helpful . Location wise if good if you want to eat out as many fast foods near by.

Beautiful hotel everyone was very helpful and helped us with everything we needed rooms was nice and clean and the food was excellent definitely would stay here again

Everything was clean which is a must for me. The receptionist were all nice. The 4 stars is for the breakfast. The breakfast options were very scarce and it could use some improvement.

Due to my flight delay and I’m really appreciate their services for providing a comfy hotel here. One of the staff, Emre, is really friendly and have great sense of Humor! Highly recommended to anyone to stay on this hotel !

Hotel was excellent, check in and check out services very fast, excellent internet, food was good,very clean and tidy rooms.

Everything you wish for comfort you can find in this hotel .. All my visits to Turkey settled in this hotel .. The reception is very fast, especially the CHIAT employee, who is helpful and professional in his work. .. Especially if you have a private car .. The price for the service is 10/10

Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 nights.The rooms are clean, with a comfortable bed and quiet and cleaned daily.cleaners do an excellent job. Buffet breakfast- fresh and fantastic choice.we ate our dinner here each night, the kebabs are delicious and good portion size.I had the burger on the last night which was deliciois. The restaurant staff are very polite and friendly.If we were in the area we would definatly stay here again.

Everything was perfect during my stay at Park Inn. It was my first time in Turkey and I was getting a hair transplant so I was a little nervous but the staff made me feel just like home. The breakfast was delicious and the room was really clean. Thanks!

Very good hotel, stayed four nights there. Brilliant staff, need to mention Yunnus at reception, very helpful, clean room, excellent breakfast, location was perfect for us, as being away from central Istanbul, and the area was very quiet just what we needed. Would definitely stay there again if back in Istanbul.

Same breakfast for 3 days straight is not appreciated at all. Coffee machine didn't work at breakfast for 2 out of 3 days. Rooms and everything else was fine.

We took two rooms for eight people. There were clean and big for 4 people each. there were services nearby such as restaurants, pharmacy , and supermarket. Staff was kind and very helpful to guide us and order for us a taxi. the breakfast was decent and good.

Rooms are okay, less spaced though. Both house keeping and chef in the restaurant treated as if I stayed free of charge. Very much reluctant to serve for which it's paid. Choice of breakfast items were too very less. Reception staffs were polite, cordial & friendly.

If you are staying on aisa side and having your own car and need free safe parking also I think you will end up staying in Parkinn. Property is good located and clean as they are all over world. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well for iron you need to request well before because they might be slow bringing it to your room. Enjoy your stay.

Excellent property. The room was nice, bed super comfy, sheets and duvet very clean. Housekeepers always come to clean the room every single day. And oh the front desk staff…guys were incredibly helpful, efficient and welcoming. Always getting us a good driver to take us round. Staff at this hotel are all great! They go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Small rooms and the staff are grinning to customers no smile seen the cleaning lady keeps opening the door without knocking and the hotel full of hair transplanted patients and other types of patients!! It’s very loud outside so you can’t open the window.

Bad isolation of the windows and with a highway nearby no sleep, An iron in the hotel is difficult since there are only a few, female staff member at the reception gives the impression that every question is one to many. We had a heavy smoke smell in the room even after changing the room. I usually write only positive feedback but this is not worth the 4.7 and there are many more better possibilities. We had to change hotel and it was very difficult to get our money back for the rest of the days.

Firstly the staff were very helpful upon arrival, evening staff very nice. The room was a family room with no view and wasnt as big as i thought it would be. Bed was comfy and had a little kitchen, bathroom was very nice as was the waterfall shower. All toilets in Istanbul seem to have the bidet built into the toilet which was great. Cleaning was hit and miss and this is where it lost points, room was never mopped even though we were there 2 weeks and towels weren't always given. The hotel itself doesnt have much seating nor an outdoor area to sit. No pool either and the spa downstairs is a absolute rip off, it apparently has nothing to do with the hotel, however they should have some influence over pricing. Btw theres different prices for whichever country you come from 😒. Location was good for us as we didn't want to be in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. It is far from sultanahmet but that was a positive. There are two close malls, metropol and watergarden both were great especially for kids. I would stay again but would prefer a room higher up and real beds for the kids rather than a shared sofa bed. Breakfast was so so, same options everyday unfortunately but close by there is a Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King and KFC. Plus some other local restaurants.

During my stay at the hotel, I gained a more lucid understanding of why it is the highest-rated and most esteemed establishment in the region. To be candid, my expectations were quite standard, but the reception staff and all other employees displayed commendable attentiveness, concern, and helpfulness. The rooms were impeccably clean, and despite the proximity to the street, vehicular noise was virtually imperceptible. The restaurant's service and the delectable offerings at the hotel's breakfast buffet were exceptional. If you are contemplating accommodations in this location, I would wholeheartedly recommend choosing this hotel, as I will undoubtedly opt for it in all my future travels should I find myself nearby.

Located on the east side of Bosphorous strait. Possibly not the best location for tourists more suited for buisness travellers. More than an hours drive from both airports of Istanbul. Rooms and services are good. Breakfast is above average compared with others. Taxi drop off is convenient. Recommended for buisness travellers but not for tourists.

the stay was perfect! Clean hotel, attentive staff, wonderful beds and showers, I highly recommend it! If anyone from the staff sees this comment, please tell me the name of the body moisturizer that is available in the rooms, the best I have ever used in my life! I want to buy a lot hahaha

Alles super. Ist nicht im Zentrum von Instanbul, aber war dem Anlass entsprechend sehr gut von der Lager her. Personal immer freundlich. Gute Decken und Kissen. Hatte zu spät gesehen, dass meine Klimanlage auf 26 Grad eingestellt war. Das war definitiv zu viel für die tolle Decke und Achtung. Wenn ihr mit einem Deckendieb zusammen schlaft... es gibt nur eine Decke für beide Betten ;)

This hotel was such a nice stay had an amazing restaurant and spa attached. I was here for 2 nights for a procedure and the hospitality and service I encountered were superb. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient yet nice hotel to stay.
