Room and service was great until I got to the bed, I was shocked and disgusted by how dirty it is. I have been to 2 star hotels and haven't seen anything like it. All kind of stains and hair and holes on mattress and pillow covers. I rang for service to change the Bedding, they said okay I waited 2 hours at 2am when I had appointment in the morning, called again, same reply okay coming but no one came. Just took my stuff and left. If you are looking for a reliable place to stay, this isn't it. Absolutely disgusting

My uncle booked this hotel suite and let me tell you avoid it at all costs he was desperate for a hotel and he only found this available at the time he'd rather sleep on the street at this point Location: is far from attractions and good restaurants the only good thing is this metropol shopping centre near by Staff: very rude and unprofessional and don't speak good English you'd expect all countries to have 1 English speaking worker they did not communicate properly and miss interpret a lot of things. Cleanliness: house keeping don't do a good job and they never replenished daily refreshments properly like water and clean towels like I know there's other world problems and I'm nobody to complain but sitting in their lobby and watching everyone else complain too means that I'm not the only person Hotel room issue: in the hot summer we stayed 48hrs without an air conditioner i mean I didn't complain because people have it worse but I'm just saying what to expect in future it was hot and stuffy in the rooms because the windows hardly opened Breakfast buffet: very basic nothing special the only thing that was nice was the fruit but otherwise don't expect a 5 star buffet

Pros: +Reasonably priced for a clean, roomy environment. Feels upscale like a luxury apartment rather than a hotel. +Hotel has plenty of amenities such as restaurant, spa, gym and more. Breakfast is delivered quickly via room service. +Good room service which replenished towels and supplies. Professional front desk which is responsive. Cons: -This is the first place I've stayed at that didn't allow me to have visitors. Very strange policy if you're a hotel. Penalizing one star for that. Final thoughts: I picked this place because it's close to my family's residence and would have been cool if they could visit to hang out. The cleanliness and services provided are good. I didn't stay in the room too long, just to rest after touring the city of Istanbul.

The hotel was good but at are stay we didn’t have water electricity and the hotel rooms were dirty and baths were moldy

In simple words I can describe it as horrible hotel I really can't understand how its considered 5 stars hotel it is no more than 3 starts or less, very unprofessional staff and they don't understand english! they cost us 500 turkish lira for 3rd adult stay!! When I asked the receptionist let me have a look in the hotel policies and prices he literally said " you want to call the police! ok call them!! " this is an example about thair understanding. And when I asked that guy to let me contact the manager or at least someone who understood English very well he said I am the supervisor 😂 so shame!!! also there is nothing at the kitchen, no even a single cup or spoon. by the way I cancelled my booking at this place after the first day.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. It is 3 or 4 stars apartments. Wifi is free but not working well. Bed sheets are dirty. However, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Most of the staff were kind, didn't know a lot of english so there were a lot of misunderstandings. The suites are big and comfortable but it felt like there is a bit of neglection on the maintenance of the suit. The breakfast was medium. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions of the city.

The staff were amazing, super helpful and speak excellent English. Fresh water is delivered to the room each day. Rooms are super clean and much bigger than most hotel rooms as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel advertised that there is a pool nowhere on otelz.com did it say the pool was closed so I made a reservation only to find out that the pool wasn’t open and staff didn’t know why , nor the management.otelz.com should be more careful what they write about a property cuz this can fall under fraud . The rooms were dirty, cleaning staff did a lousy job, the furniture looked worn out and smelly . Also I thought room service was a 24 hours a dsy at this site it closed at 6or 7 so if you were hungry had to jump in a cab and try to find something to eat. All crap…. Stay away

Very nice room available at site, with good view, it would be a five stars but keep in mind that rooms with the kitchen not include anything, no plates no spoons, in one word nothing include to use the kitchen. Daily housekeeping is fine, you can make coffee or tea in your room. Two waters also include daily. Breakfast also is good with variety of choice. Free underground parking is available.

I stayed 4 days in this hotel, room was amazing, staff was helpful and nice . Everything was nice Just the internet was an issue for me in the hotel as it was very slow and not all time connected , last 2 days I couldn’t use the hotel internet as the network was not connecting at all Over all , if you have a care and good internet connection this is the best hotel you can stay in it

The room is big enough for my family but when we check in the first day they gave us another room the floor was dirty my kids sucks turned black the pool is big and nice but cold, breakfast is bad no variety no sweet corner ,the location is very far from the center there is a supermarket down

"My recent stay at the Hotel Bof CEO Atasehir was unfortunately disappointing. The staff, especially the reception manager, were noticeably unfriendly and uncooperative. It almost seemed as if they didn't need customers. The interaction with guests was negative, and it appeared that the hotel's primary interest was in profit-making rather than focusing on customer satisfaction or quality of service. Additionally, the quality of the furniture and overall facilities was just mediocre, not justifying the price. In Istanbul, there are much nicer hotels worth the same money. Due to this overall experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel."

The hotel is very clean, neat and the team is outstanding. Had a small issue with the electricity in the room so they changed the room immediately and upgraded my room. Mr. Huseyin was very kind and supportive during my whole stay. Many thanks again for everything, and till my next visit to this hotel.

It says there's a microwave in the room on the website but there was no microwave. I had to change rooms twice due to the bad smell of the place. Bathroom drain made a horrible knocking sound for a long time after you shower. One male concierge was particularly rude and acting bothered when asked to help. On my first morning there was no hot water till i called reception several time. I've only been here a few days but I'm very very frustrated with the place.

its a great place and very nice view that we have got from 21 floor. a bit slow on the elevator but understandable due to the building. nice aria not near the city center but it was ok.

Clean business apart hotel. Very convenient for families as the rooms are suit like. The downside is the location, it's close to an industrial area and within a high rise dense residential area. Commerces in the vicinity is limited and you will need transport to move around.

Great staff hotel rooms were very nice room service quick and efficient really enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms are big, and nice. The only problem is that they don't seem to clean it. The floor was super dirty. My one year old litterally found chips under the couch and ate it :$. I called room service to vaccum and mop the floor, but they didn't even have a vaccum. I ended up cleaning the floor myself....

First of all, this place has a great location. It’s easy to commute everywhere in Istanbul. I am happy with the service I got as well.

Hotel rooms are good and the stuff is friendly but room service is very slow and administratives are quite noisy ad I extended my booking through email 2 times and each time they called me at check out time without seeing their emails of hotel booking websites extensions. Another thing to mention just to improve is that room service is very slow Also kitchen utilities is for just price (100 TL) while it is suite with kitchen and kitchen utilities should be included

Clean&cozy hotel their staffs are friendly and helpful but the breakfast wasn’t good enough they could improve the breakfast

Nice view, For those who have a car, is a good location, delicious breakfast, car parking facility perfect, fast check-in and check out. But it was away from the tourist area, one of the bed covers was dirty.

The rooms were a little old and dirty. Stayed in Queen suit, it was spacious.

Mr Murat and Mr ¤rcan were the best and Hotel Manager tallest one old man was also the best . I don't know the Hotel Manager name but I found him working hard all day long. Mr Orcan Duty was very tough as he was the front man who have to face every guest early in the morning and he have to bear bad behaviours of guests that no other person have to face. I spent 35 days and observed all very closely and if someone is going with family and small kids then BOF Hotel Ataşehir must be the number 1 choice. I stayed in many 5 star hotels in Istanbul but BOF hotel breakfast as well as level of facilities were at number 1.
