My husband and I stayed here for a week. We were shocked by the lack of hospitality in this 5-star hotel. We arrived exhausted after traveling 36 hours only to be downgraded to a standard room when we paid for a premium room. When I told the receptionist about this, he argued with me saying that we were in fact "upgraded". I had to show him photos of the room we booked through their website, proof of my booking, and haggle with him about the square meters (not even the point). He finally transferred us the correct room without any apologies. We called down for an ice bucket and it never came. After an hour, we fell asleep waiting. Strangely, although the rooms had kitchenettes, no dishes or cutlery were provided, which rendered the kitchen useless. Service in the cafe was equally bad. While my husband's order arrived without problems, I received nothing for half an hour, not even a bottle of water. They were not busy. I contacted management regarding these issues while we were staying at the hotel. The assistant manager called me at night and implied that I booked through a third party website so the photos of the rooms were not correct. I had to argue again and inform him that I booked through THEIR website, paid extra for my specific room upgrade, and was referencing THEIR photos. I am not convinced the staff knows about the types of rooms they offer. As an act of goodwill, the two of us were sent one apple, a kiwi, a banana, and a single strawberry along with a note with my name misspelled. This hotel has all the trappings of a 5-star hotel: 2 fabulous pools, a great fitness center, and luxurious rooms. Unfortunately, the downfall is the service. During our stay, I lost all faith in the competency of the staff for something even as simple as a bottle of water. Sadly, I felt like I was not treated as a guest, but rather an obligation, and not a very pressing one at that.

The rooms are designed very well and everything was clean and and fresh in the there. But there are something about food which needs to be reconsider. The meals don’t cook professionally specially pizza and soup🤮 One thing more, it would be better if the put a menu in the each room.

Best hotel in the area, near from most needed facilities. Metro station just next door. 10 minutes away from bostanci ferry boat to have a nice trip to European side of Istanbul. Hotel is very clean, neat and comfortable.

Fantastic room. Very contemporary with nice decor. A washer in the room with cooking facilities and a fridge. Hotel is very clean and pleasant staff. Got a gym and a pool (both outside and inside). Bar area is nice too. Very pleased overall.

I stay in this Hotel for a little bit more then one month. I like and appreciate the Indoor Pool, the gym and the spa area. The service was also mostly well. Unfortunately there was many misunderstandings during the stay and the standards are not so high from my point of view. In summary the stay was okay. I just remember one person and her name is Berfin Hasar. I remember this name for good reason. She makes a fantastic job and you should do everything to hold her! She knows how to treat people from the different country’s, can communicate in English, she’s always positively, smile and very attentive. She help me a lot and you can be very proud about such employees. She get 5 stars ⭐️

The hotel is nice and clean, pretty far from the city, but it's ok. This is a lovely hotel staff are very helpful. Good swimming pool suitable for family. Food is good but can be better. The services in general is good rooms are nice. Location is far but can be reached by metro with a station nearby.

We’re having a great stay and were able to upgrade to a sea view. The staff has been very kind & welcoming - Elif is very sweet as well! She brought us our room service and said hi the following day at our dinner.

I headed to Istanbul after my trip to Greece, and I must say the Burgu Arjaan by Rotana was incredible. I'm a very critical person when it comes to hotels, but my complaints here are limited. Upon arrival, the staff and lobby are both very welcoming. The lobby is clean and decorated very well. There's even private security at the door even though I don't feel it's needed as the area seemed pretty safe. When I arrived, Taha (bellmam) was personable, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. He was informative of things to know about my room as he escorted me to my room. He is likely one of the most professional individuals I've encountered at a hotel and he will likely go very far and succeed in the hospitality industry. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, clean, and the view was nice as well. The front desk asked if I would like to upgrade my room upon arrival, but I did not as I was only there for a medical procedure (which this hotel is very accommodating with). I can only imagine the upgraded rooms are incredible. The room I was in included a kitchen area with a washer/dryer combo, microwave, and mini fridge, and the room has a couch and plenty enough extra room to navigate in. The pool area is beautiful between the buildings with privacy. The only complaints I had was the air-conditioning was not working and did not cool the room. By my 3rd day the room was 78 degrees F. And aside from that, I feel the food from room service could be a little better. The restaurant itself is very cozy and decorated nicely. I would definitely stay here again though if in the area again.

Check in process was easy and straightforward, we were assisted by Berkay who kindly brought us up to the room and informed us on all the services. The breakfast was delicious and there are many options! Davut was courteous and lovely. We are enjoying our stay ☺️

I have been staying at the arjaan Hotel for the first time and it has been very nice and wonderful stay. All the staff from house keeping especially rasol who looked after our room cleaning , security guards, restaurant staff and the reception staff are most welcoming with a nice smile and greeting. We have used their restaurant menu on lots of occasions and the staff is superb especially Ibrahim who took care of our service Would definitely recommend here

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy staying in the room. I was on the 13th floor and the other room was turned into an apartment. I had people smoking on the same floor and the unpleasant smell ruined my stay. I have been offered to switch rooms end of my trip, but it was my last day and the room didn't have an open window either, the aircon was 24/7 and makes me just sick. The bed was hard. But the service of people made it up to it, especially in the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and professional. Ibrahim and the coordinator were welcoming. The gentleman on the reception who always gave me great tips on trips to the beach very helpful. The food is amazing. Breakfast is a great many choices and everything fresh 5 star! To the kitchen.

Harun was a great help! He took his time and helped me do even the smallest things after my surgery. The staff is very pleasant here and made me feel very welcome in Istanbul. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are coming to Istanbul for surgery.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana. The experience is amazing, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel and area overall is very clean! The area is very safe and is a very short driving distance from the mall. There are also many things that are very short walking distance such as restaurants or supermarkets. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is AMAZING. Many times we would prefer to eat at the hotel than to eat anywhere else. I would recommend this hotel without a second thought!! A very joyful and relaxing experience.

We’re in the middle of our stay here and it has been a lovely experience so far. It is a haven in the busy city. The staff are lovely (special regards to Ecenaz, Elif and Berra, and the rest of the charming people here). We have a lovely large room with a glorious view, and we’re looking forward to the rest of our stay at the hotel, and Istanbul!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it! The reception staff's dedication to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience is truly commendable. The chefs in the hotel's restaurant are truly culinary artists. Every meal we had was a gastronomic delight. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The cleaners did an outstanding job keeping my room and the common areas spotless. It's evident that they take pride in their work, and it made my stay even more comfortable.

I came here with my daughter she was having an op!!! The hotel is lovely, spacious comfortable room, lovely bed. Down side it's in a residential area so nothing to do and it's out of season that's why I have only given 3 stars for location. I wouldn't return only for the fact that it is in a residential area! Otherwise no complaints about the hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic big rooms and brilliant staff. I had surgery here in Istanbul and my hotel stay was included in my package. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular one member of Staff, Elif, was so lovely and happy to help. She is an asset to the team, among all the other staff. The food is very good too!Would highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel has been such a wonderful experience. The hotel is architecturally stunning inside and out. The rooms and facilities were clean. Breakfast is just amazing at this place, with quite a variety of food options to choose from. The staff was also friendly, polite and helpful. Shout out to Ms. Gunzal and her team for a warm reception upon arrival and throughout my stay. I would recommend this place for your next visit to Asia side Istanbul.

I travelled alone for cosmetic surgery and this hotel is absolutely amazing! Staff so friendly and efficient. The cleanliness was faultless. Rooms are spacious and well designed. I could not have asked for a better hotel to stay both before and after my procedure. I would return and I would highly recommend to anybody having a short or long stay. True 5 star service!

Beautiful place with amazing friendly and helpful staff. I was helped with my luggage to reception and once checked in I was shown to my room with a guide of the facilities with times they can be in used. Ahmed showed me around was lovely and very helpful! Travelling alone can be scary but I was made to feel very welcome.

I had the most amazing time staying here. The best part was the service! In the restaurant Esme made sure my mother and I were very well taken care of! She went above and beyond for all services through the day and never let our drinks go empty or coffee go cold. She set such a great example and was a fantastic representation of the beautiful services provided by this hotel.

Excellent services were given by the staff including the manager Guahar Utku. The rooms are big with all the facilities included such as you get your own microwave, washing machines, etc. Other facilities, such as pools (indoor/outdoor), 24/7 cafe, children entertainment place, etc., are provided. The staff are very friendly and go extra mile for you. I will definitely come back again and stay here. Highly recommended from my side - 10 out 10.

Great hotel, most of the staff a very friendly and welcoming. Let's it's self down with the cooking facilities in the rooms, you can ask for a kitchen set (pans, pots ect). But you get nothing to clean them with. The fridges are very small, so hard to keep anything in them along with water. 2x bottles of water (500ml) per room, per day is not really ideal. Breakfast is 👌

The room is nice and comfy, the restaurant feels like and actual restaurant with excellent food and personnel. There is a waiter his name is Koray and I can only say that he is professional and a very nice person. He works fast and efficient and always has a smile on. Every time I went to the restaurant he took care of anything I needed. He is surely one of the people that make this hotel feel like a quality one.

I've been living here in an apartment for a few months. The location is great, the architecture of the complex is amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. But technical staff poorly maintain the buildings: the sun beds at the pool are old, the locks on the cabinets in the sauna are broken and one shower does not work at all, it is very cold in the sauna itself only 65-68 degrees. At the same time the utility bills are cosmic: the fee for common areas is several times higher than personal consumption, the building is extremely energy inefficient.

Amazing hotel! The service is impeccable! They can never do enough for you. My favourite person serving us was Koray, he is very kind and always checks to see if myself and my dad need anything. He has helped us so much during our stay here and always did his best to give us the best service 5*****

My name is Hakima Ferrat came fro. London for Rhinoplasty surgery, I have chosen Arjaan by Rotana hotel coz of it goid reputation in Turkey. My Stay was just fantastic simply because of the staff who are working there, they all helpful, polite, respectful and very attentive. From the first day to the last I felt like I was in my home even better felt like a queen . All The receptionist looks amazing with their smiling faces and I got all their names as I can not wait to give them a positive and supportive feedback on the service they offer .here their names: Zafer,Okan,Adem, Erman and Baris. I would say that they deserve a better positions in their careers. Thanks.

Arjaan is modern, clean, comfortable, close to public transport and has a lot to offer. I loved my stay and the highlight for me was the way I was looked otter by the staff. They were professional, polite and warm. I would like to extend a special thanks to Gavhar, Okan and Zetnep for looking after my family and I so well. Nothing was too hard for these three amazing people and they displayed nothing but true Turkish hospitality. I recommend this place highly to anyone who wants to enjoy Istanbul in comfort.

Room decor and size was pretty nice, price was a bit high, but most importantly: there is no independent cooling system only a very very weak fan which made the stay not enjoyable. The views was really nice but again ruined by the extremely hot temperature in room. Other points; room was spotless apart from rips on sofa and bed hygiene should be improved - small hair on bedding and small hole in pillow, shower was very weak too, also there should be more entertainment / amenities (as I also heard from quite a few people). If these points are addressed, I think it has potential to be a truly great 5 star hotel. Edit: Just seen AC system is 95% unfavourable which is the highest stats I've ever seen on anything. I think you should really listen to the customers.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic,the staff were amazing,although we did not book this hotel we stayed in this hotel as our connecting flight had been cancelled due to the bad weather and the Airline accomodated us and put us up in this hotel,despite all of this we enjoyed our stay,we felt so welcomed it was unbelievable,we will definately be returning again. The room we stayed in had two double beds and had everything we needed down to a washing machine too. The manager (Ansar Ozis) and other staff were great i can not thank them enough.
