Nice hotel for business or surgery only. Location is very Dedeman nothing around. Found a pizza place 11 mins away which I used google maps to find. Staff are very friendly, loved the cleaners who don't get enough credit. Hotel suited my needs

Floor dirty and shower never clean the corner from inside the shower was very very dirty, no bathrobs, mising notepads, pen No nating special în the room when you arrive (fruits, sweets, flower etc) but the staff from the top of the ruff🍔🍟🥃🍹🍸 and breakfast 🧀🥐🥑are amazing. It's my second stay there. I found it very very good and highly recommend only if its near your meeting or seminar place. Because its in Asia side and its far from the most common tourism places of Istanbul.

‏We were in this hotel for 15 days and I can say that it was really good in terms of breakfast and service. All the staff are very kind and friendly. Regarding the location of the hotel, I must say that there is only one very good restaurant near the hotel. And you can reach the bus and metro station by walking for four minutes. The rooms were very clean. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel was very safe (both day and night).

We re really enjoying our stay in this magnificent hotel. The staff is respectfull and professional. The receptionist named Murat was always on duty the help us the best way he could. If I return to Istanbul I will surely stay here again.

Great hotel with attentive staff and had a great experience staying with them for 1 week. Buffet breakfast is good however only few staff spoke English but i never had any problems.

I was staying there 1 Week duo of an Operation. And I can say it was sooo nicee there. The Staff and everyone working there were soo friendly.The Breakfast Buffet was the best, it was so tasty and you had a huge amount of selection.😍 The room was beautiful, modern and clean with an amazing view. I can definetly recommend this Hotel. And I'll be back soon 🥰☺️

Beautiful Hotel on the asian side of Istanbul very quiet and close to the shopping area Baghdad street! We enjoyed the big variety for breakfast. On the top roof there also nice bar restaurant with a beautiful view!

I had a great experience of staying here in this hotel. As I’m not from here and the main problem over here was the language as no one could speak English in this hotel but Mr Deniz from reception was so helpful to me. I couldn’t eat specific type of food and I requested in reception for help and believe me Mr.Deniz went out of his way and help me as much as he could. I was just going to change my hotel and go somewhere else but communication and Customer Services was excellent by this person. I hope next time I’m visiting Istanbul I will definitely come and stay in this hotel. Thank You Mr-Denis.

First time staying in Dedeman, specifically this hotel. Mr. Murat was very kind to do my check-out. Overall experience was amazing. Hospitality was great from the staff. A bit of language barrier but as expected. I do recommend this hotel stay for anyone visiting Istanbul!

My family and I stayed at Dedeman Bostanci Hotel during our holiday in Istanbul and I do recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for business or leisure. This is not the first time I stayed at Dedeman Bostanci Hotel and I always felt comfortable and relaxed in quite large size and very clean rooms. Room service is excellent, even if you request food to your room at midnight. All hotel personnel are doing their best to show their kind hospitality and they always have a positive welcoming approach to the hotel guests' questions and special requests. Special thanks to the whole team at the reception, and also to Evren, Ugur & Mehmet providing Vale Service as well as Bell Boy Eren.

The Hotel is very nice and clean with good service. indeed the location is not the best but all in all you have to use Taxis in Istanbul no mater where you stay. I enjoyed my stay at Dedeman Bostanci

Me and my Cousin Stayed at dedeman bostanci Istanbul Hotel and we Loved it. All People that are Working there, are so nice and respectfully. At the rooftop restaurant is a young men “Can” and he is so special and nice. He treated us so good every evening when we tooked our dinner. We recommend this hotel. The hotspots are maybe 15 km far away.

I personally liked this hotel and found the service very good. Lounge Coffee shop excellent Rooftop Bar great food views and service although some of the waiters were a little hesitant to approach me as they weren't confident speaking English.. but we managed. Reception staff I found very helpful. I don't know why people complained about the lifts I never had to wait more than a minute and I was on 16th Floor. Only negative I had was the smokers thought it was OK to stand at the entrance and smoke and then everyone had to walk thru them...better they had a dedicated smoking area away from the entrance. Overall a great stay and I would happily go back

Hotel employees are super polite and helpfull. But the hotel is for me not more than 3 stars. Dirty rooms , smelling cigarettes, small tv for that room. Corridors are also dirty and old style. This hotel needs maintenence immediately! Location is weak. You can not walk around hotel. Backside car repair center, Front side some company buildings, so there is no city vibe! Btw hotel's pool small but clean ( Spa place , gym and pool clean) there is just one sauna and one steam bath but it is enough, because the Spa is generally not crowded at all.

The hotel is perfect in every way. The helpfulness and friendliness of the employees add a different beauty to the hotel. Do not forget to eat at the restaurant on the top floor with a magnificent view !!!

Couldn't recommend a place more, one of the best hotels I've stayed at in my life. Room was really nice with a very comfortable bed and pillows. 24 hour room service is a great touch. The hotel was near everything I needed to be near. Bathrooms were upscale. The staff was astoundingly friendly and always had a smile on their face and were always willing to help you any way they could. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The people at the front desk were always helpful, the staff bringing water to my room always made sure we had enough, managers were professional, the list goes on. The food was amazing from room service and very reasonably priced. I had an issue that was quickly resolved and I could not be more grateful to the management for going far and beyond to make things right. Absolutely 5 star hotel, please stay here.
